lovely place and people.
However, I discovered a failure of communication from ******* to the hotel. ******* fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information.

23 septiembre 2024.. Apartamentos muy antiguos y descuidados, puerta del baño sin pestillo, mala ubicación teniendo la nevera pegada al sofá cama muy ruidosa y antigua, cortinas del salón sin Store. Una mala experiencia no recomendable por una mala gestión y descuido total de los apartamentos

Lo único bueno de este complejo de apartamentos es la piscina. La recepcionista de entrada una borde y con poca empatía. La recepción tiene aspecto de dejadez. Apartamentos anticuados pero limpios, excepto por las cunas que venían sucias con restos de comida y arena. La cocina incompleta. Sin microondas. Y además, sin WiFi.

El 14 de Abril al finalizar la estancia, al salir por la recepción aún teniendo a mi perrita amarrada y siendo una perra pequeña ,el trato de la recepcionista extranjera ha estado fatal,a mi marido le falto el respeto.Un trato poco correcto por parte de esta recepcionista.

El complejo está deteriorado necesita una reforma urgente lo único notable es la piscina q se encuentra en buenas condiciones me gustó mucho.
La cocina del apartamento está deteriorada los grifos de esta se encuentran en mal estado y la cocinilla viejita en todo el apartamento nos podríamos encontrar pequeñas hormigas
