23 septiembre 2024.. Apartamentos muy antiguos y descuidados, puerta del baño sin pestillo, mala ubicación teniendo la nevera pegada al sofá cama muy ruidosa y antigua, cortinas del salón sin Store. Una mala experiencia no recomendable por una mala gestión y descuido total de los apartamentos

Lo único bueno de este complejo de apartamentos es la piscina. La recepcionista de entrada una borde y con poca empatía. La recepción tiene aspecto de dejadez. Apartamentos anticuados pero limpios, excepto por las cunas que venían sucias con restos de comida y arena. La cocina incompleta. Sin microondas. Y además, sin WiFi.

El 14 de Abril al finalizar la estancia, al salir por la recepción aún teniendo a mi perrita amarrada y siendo una perra pequeña ,el trato de la recepcionista extranjera ha estado fatal,a mi marido le falto el respeto.Un trato poco correcto por parte de esta recepcionista.

Me encantó mis 5 días en familia en este complejo, los apartamentos limpios y con lo necesario para estar, la piscina en muy buen estado, las tumbonas siempre limpias y funcionando, la localización ideal para visitar todo el pueblo y sus alrededores caminando, repetiría sin duda.

Esta opinión tiene dos partes,la primera fue que reserve en este complejo pero a una empresa externa a ellos pero dentro del complejo,mi apartamento estaba recién reformado y muy acogedor(enai Luxury),si vamos al complejo laurisilva le salva la piscina y zonas comunes bien limpias y atendidas,de resto dejado a la mano De Dios,barandas podrías y pasamanos que se mueven y peligroso,las persianas de los apartamentos hay algunas que ya se mantienen nose como,zona columpios de los niños mejor no vayan para evitar un problema,la piscina es lo que gana el apartamento de resto,deberían reformar para evitar daños mayores

Het grote en mooie zwembad contrasteert met de oubollige receptie en de eerder aftandse kamers. De ligging is goed, rustig en op wandelafstand van het ‘Charco del conde’ strand. Aan de receptie werden we afwisselend door een vriendelijke jonge dame uit de regio Murcia te woord gestaan en deels door een eerder stugge Duitse (?) dame. De voertaal is hier (en op geheel la Gomera) vooral Duits. De kamer was zeker in orde, zeker als je rekening houdt met de lage prijs. Jammer van de afrastering waarmee het terras wordt afgesloten. Deze belemmert het zicht. Je betreedt de kamers via een duister gangetje. Deze gangen zijn aan een opknapbeurt toe. Voor een televisie op de kamer dien je bij te betalen. De bedden zelf zijn niet super, maar best oké.
