We booked with Tui and were pleasently surprised , hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Room was huge we had a front room with seaviews, Kitchen was small but big enough to make a sandwich wouldnt want to try and cook as space is limited. Room was clean, bed comfy, balcony was a good size. Heated roof top pool was a bonus and the breakfast buffet was plenty. This hotel is centrally located to the seafront which has numerous resturants with a spa supermarket a 2 min walk. La Gomera in our eyes is a hidden gem and is defienitley worth the journey. It does take an hour from the ferry port to get to the hotel along some very bendy roads !!

El Hotel siempre me ha parecido fantástico pero últimamente solo piensan el turismo alemán. Antes el desayuno se cerraba a las 10:30 pero ahora es a las 09:30. Para el que está de relax es muy temprano. La piscina lo mismo, a las 18:00 cerrada. Y la limpieza últimamente ha decaído bastante. Espero que esto sirva para que mejoren porque el hotel era también fantástico para los españoles

Maravilloso hotel de La Gomera!! Nos ha gustado todo, pero lo mejor sin duda han sido su personal, todo el equipo qué trabaja es maravilloso, y tenemos que hacer mención especial a su socorrista Pedro, el cuál nos ha hecho estar muy cómodos en todo momento, y muy bien atendidos. Viaje en pareja, con la intención de desconectar. La verdad que el hotel es una verdadera maravilla en todos los sentidos...la ubicación, justo en frente de la playa y bajo las montañas.. las habitaciones bástate grandes y muy cómodas.. la limpieza impecable. La amabilidad de todo su personal, ya sea desde la recepción, el restaurante o las chicas de la limpieza un 10. Sin olvidarnos del parking privado que tienes . Volveremos muy pronto seguro, la calidad hay que pagarla y aquí supero toda las expectativas Sin olvidarme de la piscina y el diseño del hotel cuidando el mas mininimo detalle hacen que parezca estar en otro lugar. Muchas gracias por todo!

Das Haus ist ideal am Rand des Ortes gelegen, zum Spazieren am Ufer sind es nur ein BC paar Meter. Obwohl ringsherum gemütliche Szenekneipen und einfache ortsübliche Restaurants geöffnet haben, ist es eigentlich nicht laut. Auch vorzügliche Speisekarte findet man in der Nachbarschaft. Sympathisch sind die angegrauten Alt-Hippies der Szene, die an die gute alte Zeit erinnern.

There is much good to say about this hotel; location is good, rooms are big and nice, good breakfast buffet restaurant and nice pool area on the top floor BUT you don't know if you get a room with a good location or the opposite. We have stayed here before in a room on 3rd floor on the front side of the hotel with nice sesviews, and at point i gave the hotel 5*. This time we got a room on 2nd floor with very limited sesviews through some palms (room 201) and very dark. Absolutely no sun on the terasse. We had booked a "larger room with partial sesviews". And you dont know up front which type of room you are getting and it is not possible to pay extra and be sure to get a good room. So you are betting your holiday on a lottery. Would i do that again. Never!

Nuestra primera visita a Playa Caleta, de visita con mi esposo y mi niña. Vinimos a celebrar Navidad en familia, estamos pasando una estancia muy linda. El personal muy agradable. Todo muy limpio. Pensamos volver. Feliz Navidad y año nuevo.

Muy buena la atención personal, resolvieron todo lo que les pedimos. El buffet con productos de muy buena calidad. Aparcamiento con ascensor. En breve con cargadores eléctricos funcionando. Una pequeña piscina en la última planta con unas vistas increíbles.
