Das Hotel, die Zimmer, der Service, die Lage an sich, genau wie die ganze Insel, sind einfach total schön. Was die Lage des Hotels speziell betrifft, muss man wenn man Ruhe sucht, vom ganzen Valle Gran Rey, mittlerweile leider, leider abraten. Nachdem wir jetzt das 5. Mal hier waren, kommt eine nochmalige Reise hierher wohl eher nicht mehr in Frage. Unmittelbar vor den Hotels am Charco del Conde, finden jeden Abend lautstarke sogenannte Firedances bei lauter Musik statt. Diese enden im der Regel um ca. 23.00 bis 24.00 Uhr. Soweit OK. Ab ca. 2.00 Uhr bis häufig morgens 6.00 finden dann auch fast jeden Abend SEHR LAUTE Party's statt. Schlaf garantiert ausgeschlossen. Wir sind über das rücksichtslose Verhalten dieser "Individuen" vorsichtig ausgedrückt, entsetzt und können wirklich bei allem guten Willen kein Verstãndnis für diese Typen aufbringen. Schade um diese wunderschöne Insel. Forever Good bye

We had a 9-nights stay and were very happy about this apartment hotel. The location is excellent. Our bedroom was on the side street and very quiet at night, and the pool side in the middle of the hotel buildings is nice and peaceful too (no bypassers). The weather was heavenly warm and the not-heated pool was just perfect! It is cleaned every morning. The apartment was spacious and functional. Only minus was the minimal kitchen equipment; the kitchen itself is big, good fridge, a lot of (empty) closets. Weirdest things were the owen without any pots or anything to use in the owen, and the whole kitchen did not have a single electricity plug! I don't know how did they planned that the toaster or coffee machine (which were there) are supposed to be used..? The apartment was clean and the housekeeping visited 5 days a week. A small minus that our linen was not changed, even though it was said in the hotel info that linens are changed once a week. Outside, at the terrace, we saw 3-4 cockroaches (one huge) but none inside (but they were trying to get in obviously).

El trato relación clientes es pésimo por no decir como tratan a los niños y la limpieza falta. quisieron amargarnos la vacaciones pero no lo consiguieron.no volvería a este apartamento. A PARTIR DE LA 8 NO PODIAMOS HACER RUIDO PORQUE HABIAN ALEMANES ENCIMA NUESTRO HACIENDONOS LA VIDA IMPOSIBLE.Y POR SUPUESTO LA DE LA REPCECION LE DABA LA RAZON A ELLOS.

Estuvimos alojados 7 dias, con dos niños en los apartamentos Jardin del conde, no los recomiendo nada... En los 7 días solo pasaron una vez a limpiar ni cambiaron los sábanas y toallas solo una vez, la vez que pasaron a limpiar ni siquiera se llevaron la basura.... Tuvimos un incidente en el apartamento que se entiende que teniendo niños puede pasar y es que se nos cayó una lámpara y se rompió, por supuesto ese día fue cuando pasaron las de la limpieza ni siquiera recogieron la lámpara rota, la tuvimos que recoger nosotras, pues cual fue nuestra sorpresa que al dejar el apartamento nos dijeron que teníamos que pagarla, 45euros, que me parece una barbaridad ya que tienen que tener un seguro para satis casos porque son cosas que pueden pasar. No recomiendo nada este apartamento ,justo al lado hay varios mucho mejor que este h connaire acondicionado en las habitaciones
