The staff at the hotel have done everything they could to accommodate the lack of amenities No hot water, no electricity at times are only a couple of items that were wrong Owner was not interested in what us as guest needed I would find other places

Cuando nos entregaron el cuarto, a simple vista se veía bien y estuvimos un par de horas ahí hasta que salimos a caminar. A nuestro regreso en la noche, ya preparándonos para dormir, encontramos una chinche en la cama (bed bugs). Las chinches son una plaga y es cuestión de que una se pegue a la ropa o equipaje para llevarse la plaga a casa. Sabiendo esto, revisamos toda la habitación, las dos camas y encontramos EN TOTAL 6 CHINCHES y manchas de sangre en las sábanas. Ya no estabamos a gusto y no queríamos dormir ahí. Amablemente nos cambiaron a otra habitación, revisamos la cama y estaba limpia aunque las condiciones de la ropa de cama me seguían pareciendo desagradables. Pasamos mala noche, ya que decidimos no utilizar esas cobijas. Al día siguiente decidimos salir del hotel porque ya no nos sentíamos cómodos en ninguna recámara sabiendo que se habían podido esparcir por todo el hotel. La señora Mónica nos dio un contacto para negociar un reembolso parcial de la tarifa que pagamos originalmente. Se nos negó alegando que nos habían ofrecido una segunda habitación y no la habíamos aceptado porque todas las habitaciones tenían ropa de cama deplorable. Además nos mandaron fotos de una ¨inspección¨ que se realizó mostrando ¨cero¨ chinches. Revisé las fotos y habían sido tomadas dos días después. En fin, el establecimiento no cumplió con lo más mínimo: LIMPIEZA y sábanas limpias.

Súper recomendable, el lugar esta muy lindo, acogedor. El servicio es extraordinario, la comida deliciosa, las habitaciones increíbles. Descansas delicioso. Flor su administradora con una atención única e irrepetible. Tienen un temazcal delicioso para vivir una experiencia única.

Excelente experiencia, un hotel muy acogedor, muy típico de Valle de Bravo, la ubicación muy cerca del centro de Avándaro y de todos los restaurantes, además de los atractivos naturales, los cuartos muy limpios y el servicio super bien, la anfitriona muy amable regresaré sin duda

Me encanto, pequeño Hotel en Avándaro muy cerca del centro, puedes ir caminando a la zona comercial y a la Cascada Velo de Novia, puedes rentar muy cerca Razer, y caballos. El Hotel es muy confortable y el personal muy amable, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, la alberca esta calientita, y tiene estacionamiento privado, los desayunos muy ricos y muy completos. Pasamos un fin de semana delicioso !
