Todo esta perfecto, las habitaciones están limpias y las instalaciones son super relajantes . El servicio es excelente. Resecamos el sepa y el masaje fue muy relajante y profesional. Sin duda me volvería a quedar aquí. Excelente lugar gracias

A beautiful place for a friends getaway. Spacious rooms, immense lake views, flowing quartz, and wonderful meals at the restaurants. We enjoyed kayaking, an afternoon at the spa, and a powerful spiritual journey in the mezcali. It is a magical place.

It was our very first time being at this beautiful hotel. The service was fantastic since we got to the hotel a big thanks to the sweet receptionist Marlen who helps us with a few ideas to go visit and everything in English and giving us a very clear answers about hotel activities and food recommendations. The room was so beautiful with a private pool with heated water. The view from the top of the mountain was amazing!! We will be coming back soon!

Luci y vedy nos danos los masajes magníficos. El sanctuario era un lugar muy relajante y especial. El lago está muy cerca de nuestro cuarto con una vista increíble. Vamos a tener memorias por una vida. Un increíble experiencia y muy recomendable.

The hotel is amazing... The stuff are so friendly and the make use at all times that you feel like home. The room with the private pool was a plus... The views are so beautiful... We are definitely think about having our wedding at this place ... Great idea from Marlen at the front desk who was so helpful with all the information about the hotel! We are coming back for the wedding or vacation!!

El lugar es increíble, las habitaciones super cómodas, el personal muy amable, los intentos muy ricos, una vista espectacular. Las habitaciones tienen alberca dentro de la habitación con agua templada. Es toda una experiencia, en verdad vale mucho la pena en todos los sentidos este Hotel
