The hotel is expensive for what they offer, dark, and complicated to get there. The manager and front desk lady are bitter and so rude, no one will put a smile or help you in any way. And found a big bug in the room. There is no space to leave your clothes, safe box does not work and they are not responsible if you loose something. The pool is not comfortable, restaurant too small. A real mess

Excelente experiencia, superó nuestras expectativas. Las istalaciones muy lindas, la atención de todo el personal fue con gran amabilidad y siempre resolviendo nuestras peticiones. Los alimentos excelentes y extraordinario servicio en el spa. Muy buena noche de trova. Un área de oportunidad es renovar las toallas que prestan para el área de alberca. Queremos regresar pronto.

El hotel esta muy agradable, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y le dan buen mantenimiento. Esta ubicado algo lejos del centro de Valle . La habitación que nos asignaron la anunciaron como Junior suite pero no era mas que una habitación pequeña, funcional pero bastante promedio y para nada una junior suite, se oían todos los mas mínimos ruidos, conversaciones y movimientos de la habitación de arriba. También era muy fría la habitacion, muchas entradas de aire. El aspecto que considero le baja mas la calificación al hotel es el servicio, si bien hay algunas excepciones, en general casi todo el personal da un servicio deficiente y muy lento, en particular en el restaurante. Parecería que les falta personal o mas bien que el personal no esta bien capacitado para dar buen servicio. El paquete que incluye desayuno esta muy limitado y solo puedes escoger entre muy pocas opciones.
