Cabañas El Estribo Hotel

The cabins are nice and cozy, the staff is very friendly, I really liked the service, I would go back. A different experience, but very good, I highly recommend them for when you go to visit Valle de Bravo, it is a very good option. It has many activities in case you do not want to go further, I loved the El Estribo Cabins.

It was fine but there are many things that could be improved: * the sheets and towels were in poor condition, stained and torn. * the bed is a double bed, however, on top it has a larger mattress, which when you get close to the edge makes it bend and gives the sensation of being able to fall, which makes it uncomfortable and dangerous, and also because of the same mattress the mattress is very high and the sheets extremely short and they get tangled and ball up during the night. * the Internet was very slow and many times there was no signal. * in the cabin there was a lot of noise from the cars and motorcycles that pass by the street that is exactly in front of the cabin. Late at night and early in the morning. Which ends with the experience of tranquility and being in the middle of the forest. * we asked for some things and they never sent them to us. * poorly washed dishes. * the lights should be warm light since the white light is very strong and takes away the feeling of tranquility and is not cozy * the telephone in the cabin did not work, to request room service we had to call several times by cell phone and on WhatsApp they took a long time to answer.
