Cabañas El Estribo Hotel

The cabins are nice and cozy, the staff is very friendly, I really liked the service, I would go back. A different experience, but very good, I highly recommend them for when you go to visit Valle de Bravo, it is a very good option. It has many activities in case you do not want to go further, I loved the El Estribo Cabins.

Late at night and early in the morning. Which ends with the experience of tranquility and being in the middle of the forest. * we asked for some things and they never sent them to us. * poorly washed dishes. * the lights should be warm light since the white light is very strong and takes away the feeling of tranquility and is not cozy * the telephone in the cabin did not work, to request room service we had to call several times by cell phone and on WhatsApp they took a long time to answer.

El Sky fallo los tres días que estuve ahi, el bufet para desayuno supuestamente es de 9 a 12 y llegue 10:30 y ya no había NADA!!!!! Puse mi opinión en Google y me dijeron mentiroso, el agua es imposible de mediar, o te bañas con agua fría o hirviendo apenas abres un poquito a la fría y se enfría toda

Nos asignaron la caballeriza, el precio de la cabaña 2,100 pesos, lo recibido una cabaña 2x2, que bueno tiene lo esencial pero el baño es diminuto, la puerta corrediza pesada y se atora, el baño muy mal diseñado, la taza de bajo está muy baja y con fuga, el agua se va al cuarto, el baño muy incómodo z sentado tu cara topa con el lavabo, pero eso no es lo peor, la peor sorpresa es cuando abres la regadera y te mojas antes de meterte a bañar, los chorritos no te mojan pero si te queman si la pones caliente y sola se enfría la tratas de regular y se pone hirviendo y te quema, después otra vez se pone fría, mueres de frío y tratas de cerrar la ventana que no cierra y está mal cuadrada, es toda una desventura tratar de bañarte allí. Me parece muy cara la cabaña para el baño tan hechizo, lo reportamos pero no nos dieron solución, ni nos regresaron la llamada, tenían habitaciones disponibles como las cabañas tradicionales donde ya nos habíamos quedado y no tuvimos estos problema, solo pagando la diferencia de 400 pesos más nos cambiarían a otra habitación con una instalación de agua normal, me parece que ya la simple experiencia de tan horroroso baño era suficiente para compensarnos. Pero no nos regresaron la llamada de parte del dueño o gerente. Sé que nos llegamos a un hotel 5 estrellas pero la ducha fue una experiencia no grata y no les importó. No lo recomiendo. Desafortunadamente al llegar no nos informaron bien de la poca diferencia de precio y no imaginamos la chafez de estás cabañas pequeñas y por la hora consideramos q era más relajo cambiarnos fue hasta el momento de bañarnos por la noche que nos enteramos de todos estos inconvenientes, que mal que no les importa conservar a sus clientes..
