I booked the junior suite on ******* which says it comes with a balcony and a hot tub, when I checked in they said their junior suite doesn’t come with that and showed me to less than stellar room. To top it off the shower head was laying on the floor because it was broken and couldn’t stay upright.
I told him I booked the room with a hot tub and balcony and they said sorry it’s rented and they can’t do anything. I called ******* the next day and they couldn’t help me either. Said they have to follow hotel guidelines.
So on ******* the junior suite says it has a balcony and hot tub which it doesn’t and the guy at the hotel said that happens a lot.
Essentially I paid for a better room and got a crap room. I didn’t think that was fair so opted to stay elsewhere the second night (because they didn’t give me the room I paid for) and the hotel, nor Did ******* would reimburse me.

Petit hôtel charmant dans la verdure
Charmant hôtel, dans une ancienne résidence, entourée d'un magnifique jardin.
Décoration soignée et excellent service.
Usage d'une piscine au milieu de grands arbres.
Situé dans un très beau quartier résidentiel de villas, à 20 minutes en voiture du centre de Barcelone ou 30 minutes en train.

Quel dommage
Pas d'eau chaude en arrivant, du bruit le soir et tôt le matin...très loin du centre ville.
Cependant belle bâtisse et accueil sympathique.

Un hotel diferente aunque más bien es una casa Rural que un hotel.
Para mí no tiene los servicios ni la atención que debe tener un hotel.

1 des rares hôtels de la région qui accepte les mascottes pour commencer. Personnel sympathique le soir, le matin pas du tout. Les chambres sont bien et assez typiques, par contre il y fait très froid et humide, obligé de mettre le chauffage à fond tout le temps. La literie ça peut aller mais le petit déjeuner par contre pas vraiment, bien que suffisant pour partir mais c'est mieux d'aller dans 1 bar finalement. Possibilitée de parking réduite mais ce n'est pas 1 grand hôtel non plus.

Het hotel ligt best afgelegen van het station, in de zomerperiode gaat de bus eens per uur naar niet precies volgens de dienstregeling. Tel dus 25 minuten lopen op bij de reis naar Barcelona. Er is zelfs een zwembad waar je gebruik van kan maken.
