"The location of the hotel is a little bit biased, but it is also very convenient to walk to the city center. There are small mini shops around. The facilities in the room can also meet the needs and the service is more enthusiastic."

"There is no elevator on the 2nd floor of the hotel, and I climbed up the 2nd floor with my luggage. The room type is better. There is a small courtyard with an open-air jacuzzi. The hotel is more user-friendly. The air conditioner is turned on before check-in. The front desk does not seem to be 24 hours. An employee can't find it before and after check-out at 6:30 in the morning. The breakfast is also 8 o'clock late."
"We were so happy to find such a lovely hotel in Valladolid, that was super nice and modern, but was also beautifully combining the Yucatan traditions and symbols. First of all, the name of the hotel was also special and Waye means hotel de aqui. We have stayed in a lovely room at the first floor decorated in a boho Mayan vibe, that was really close to their rooftop pool. I loved spending time there and also in their front garden, surrounded by their gorgeous exotic plants and also by the super tropical bar. The hotel is located super close to the city center of Valladolid and you have by a walking distance el Parque Central and the Monastery of San Bernardino de Siena. There is a lovely pedestrian street, filled with colourful buildings, flowers and shops really close by, that is called Calzada de los Frailes. If you happen to be in the area and want to visit Merida, Chichen Itza and Tulum, this hotel is in the center of all these locations and you can have nice road trips planned in different locations and tourist attractions everyday. They also have a lovely restaurant called Mundo Maya where they serve breakfast in the morning, but you can also have lunch or dinner there. We’ve had some delicious typical Mexican eggs in the morning and decided to stay also for dinner that was also very good. I loved their guacamole and tacos. Save this destination on your wish list because it is so gorgeous and so worth it."
"Nice Pool but the music was too loud. No coffee, refrigerator, glasses, water in the room. Very thin walls - you can hear the people next door. The was free parking and the hotel is only 3 months old so everything was new and clean. I wouldn't book again."
"It is not far from the Valladolid AOD bus terminal and 5 minutes from the cathedral and the park. In addition to the advantage of location, the hotel rooms are large and convenient as they provide microwaves and dishes. The hotel has a good atmosphere and is a hotel worth recommending."
"First of all, the location is 8 minutes away from the center, but there are restaurants around and it is not noisy (a little noisy) than the central accommodation. Not bad, not too much care, the best location I think and kindness breakfast is bread daughter jam butter coffee drink end
Expecting Nono I don't have warm water to come back, but there was nothing to use. When I go out, it's hot, so I wash it coolly with cold water, turn on the air conditioner, and lie down."
"Probably the best place to stay in Valladolid. It's
cosy, clean enough and super friendly staff.
You'll have everything nearby, like the bus station and the most beautiful street of Valladolid.
The city's Cenote is within walking distance. And you can rent a scooter just across the road to visit a whole lot more. They also offer trips and tours."

Amazing
MMuammer CiderVery nice and authentic feel to the hotel. Room is as in pictures, comfortable and clean. Pool was a bit small to use. Limited breakfast choice for early risers but everything was tasty. Definitely a recommend.
AAnonymous UserOne of my favorite accommodations in Mexico. The resort was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. After reading reviews of how tricky it was to find the resort we were nervous, but all we did was message the resort on whatsapp and they sent very clear instructions how to get there. You'd have to come in from Valladolid but that was a nice detour to see the city! I have stayed at big name resorts that were equally as nice that were charging triple the price, this place is an underrated gem and not crowded (we were the only two people on the resort, we felt like royalty). We will be back. As two history nerds we enjoyed that the grounds had their own mayan ruins and 3 cenotes to explore.
GGuest UserIncredible location! Close to ADO bus station and a lovely street which is all lit up & pedestrianised in the evening! Absolutely amazing ********* breakfast - great change from tacos, owners kindly gave us a take-away breakfast when we left early for Chichen Itza too which was incredibly kind! Basic room but very reasonable and had everything we needed with plenty of hanging space!
AAnonymous UserThe truth is, it's a very nice place, the cave is fabulous, the water is very good. The hotel is a little less spacious than I thought it would be. The staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. Regarding the location, it's fine. I have no complaints in general... I only had one problem... one night, upon entering my room, I noticed a very strong smell of urine or cat poop, I don't know. I mentioned it to the front desk, and their response was evasive... the lady argued that what smelled like that was the material the ceilings are made of... that was unbelievable... I didn't like this. In any case, there should have been more complaints, and according to what the front desk told me, there weren't. I complained, we sat down to dinner and when we came back it didn't smell anymore...what they did we don't know 🙂↔️ I think they must have forgotten to pick up the kittens' waste....This was unpleasant... I still liked it except for this...
GGuest UserAmazing stay – Highly recommended!
This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The views from inside were stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When they found out it was my first time visiting Mexico, they brought out a map of the city and went above and beyond by marking all the key spots — including what to see, opening hours, entrance fees, and how to get there.
They also recommended several authentic Mexican restaurants to try, giving me plenty of great options. On top of that, they provided detailed advice on how to travel around the area — including transportation tips and fair prices — which really helped me feel safe and confident exploring.
Their hospitality completely changed my perception of Mexico and made me feel very welcome. If I ever return to Valladolid, no matter how many times, I’ll definitely stay here again!
XXUECHONGThe hotel building is very distinctive, it was booked temporarily, the front desk service was enthusiastic, and the rooms were good. The hotel has its own restaurant. Breakfast is available. There are different choices. There is a small market next to the hotel. The Chinese fast food inside is good. I ate it twice. , Crossing the road is the church, the location of the hotel is very good, the yard is a parking lot, there is a swimming pool, elevators, the service staff are also very enthusiastic, meet and live to say hello
GGuest UserThe hotel was not as bad as some of the reviews say. It was a bit dirty (the bathroom) but besides that was fairly well maintained. Good for a short stay if visiting Chichén Itzá as it is very close to the bus station. The surrounding areas (attached) are nice.
JJustStephLovely homestay,
We received a very warm welcome from Rosanna and felt right at home - exactly what we were looking for. The location is just great, everything important is within walking distance.
The only thing we regret is that we couldn't stay longer, thanks for everything.
GGuest UserIt is a homestay type accommodation. The staff are very enthusiastic and you can park for free in the yard. The breakfast is great, and it is a little far from the center. The bathroom is not separated from dry and wet, resulting in a very slippery bathroom floor after bathing. There will be neighbors in the middle of the night and early in the morning. Of course, the owner can't do anything about it.
