Un superbe hotel, le personnel est d'une extreme gentillesse. Le cadre est sompteux et calme, ideal après une journée de visite sur les sites Maya. La literie est très confortable et le petit dejeuner excellent. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

L hotel è un po fuori dal centro, con parcheggio privato. Le stanze sono grandi, con terrazzino coperto di qualche metro. Il bagno è confortevole, con un ampia doccia. La pressione dell acqua eccellente, non come il resto del messico. Non do 5 stelle per la politica della colazione: se c'è un buffet e ho la colazione inclusa non puoi offrirmi di prendere solo un piatto da menù, o di pagare 90 pesos per accedere al buffet. O almeno l offerta della colazione inclusa poteva essere più varia e abbondante (solo un piatto di uova, o 3 pancake). Eccellente l alloggio, molto meno il servizio offerto. Potenzialità sprecata

Nous sommes arrivés à cet hôtel le 24 décembre. L’accueil était très froid. Le restaurant était fermé, on a donc été manger dehors. Chambre petite mais propre. Par contre, pas d’eau chaude! Je me suis plainte à la réception et ils m’ont répondu que pas possible, il faut attendre 1 ou 2 minutes pour que l’eau chauffe. J’ai laissé couler l’eau 10 minutes mais l’eau était toujours glaciale! On a du se laver à l’évier en faisant chauffer de l’eau grâce à la cafetière… De plus, réveillés à 5h du matin par les bruits, bavardages des employés. Ah oui, il y a également une piscine mais sale!! A ne pas conseiller

Ottima accoglienza, stanze pulite e accoglienti, già rinfrescata al nostro arrivo. Ottima la cena servita. Piscina piccola ma adatta a bambini. Facilmente raggiungibile. Colazione caratteristica comunque buona e abbondante. Da consigliere certamente.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I gladly would have! :) Location: Valladolid in general is small city and totally walkable. Takes 15 minutes to get to hotel from main square or it costs roughly 30-35 pesos with taxi from the main square to hotel. Breakfast: very delicious and filling. Included eggs, pancake/waffle, fruits, bread, jam, coffee. Service: exceedingly attentive, polite and kind. They went above and beyond in even helping us with other non-hotel items we needed during our stay. Thanks to the boy at front desk, the young girl covering for him at night and the restaurant staff for making our stay feel special. Room: clean, private bathroom, includes TV, coffee/tea provided in the room, bed was very comfortable. Overall: highly recommend and would most definitely come back!

Meest vreselijke hotel tot nu toe van onze vakantie in Mexico. Het personeel is totaal niet behulpzaam en doet geen enkele moeite om je in Engels tegemoet te komen. Hebben onze kleding hier laten wassen en de eerste dag kregen we het vuil terug, toen we dit aangaven bij de receptie, werden we door al het personeel (vooral de huishouding) uitgelachen. De dag erna kregen we het schoon terug, maar te heet gewassen waardoor alles is gekrompen, met weer lachend personeel op de achtergrond. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen bij onze boeking, maar bij aankomst bleek dat wij geen gebruik mochten maken van het ontbijt buffet, hier moest je nog eens voor bij betalen. Wat wij konden krijgen was alleen scrambled eggs en koffie. Ons zie je nooit weer terug bij dit hotel!

El hotel está ubicado fuera del cuadro principal y aunque la zona parece tranquila, está sobre una calle de mucha circulación y mucho ruido. El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial. Los alimentos del restaurante son buenos. Pero las medidas sanitarias en general estaban muy relajadas (poco uso de cubrebocas y elementos de sanitización).

Mis 2 días en el hotel Zaguan colonial fueron inolvidables y placentero, desde la recepción hasta la habitación muy bonito. Y si hablamos de la atención del staff magnífico,atención, amabilidad en cada uno de los detalles, nuestro agradecimiento a Jason por la preocupacion de hacernos un Aniversario de bodas inolvidable del staff de la cocina por la excelente comida por sorprendernos con los detalles de cada platillo que los hicieron únicos, el Chef Omar se lució y los meseros Enrique y Antonio los mejores. Muchas gracias a todos por su atención y excelente servicio

El Zaguan est de loin notre choix #1 d'hôtel à Valladolid pour les petits budgets. L'hôtel et la cours intérieur avec piscine sont magnifiques. Au restaurant Luiz est toujours prêt à vous proposer les meilleurs repas et répondre à vos questions! Je recommande à 100% de vous y installer pour un séjour à Valladolid. En plus vous êtes à seulement quelques minutes à pied du Centre ville. 👌
