Desde nuestra llegada la recepcionista Janeth fue muy amable y nos estuvo explicando con un mapa de Valladolid los lugares de interés e incluso se ofreció a reservar masajes y restaurantes en caso de estar interesados. Las piscinas están muy agradables, con el calor que hace se agradece tener una opción techada e incluso un jacuzzi al aire libre. Es un hotel que solo tiene 5 o 6 habitaciones por lo que si buscas privacidad y tranquilidad esta podría ser una excelente opción. Respecto a las habitaciones, son bastantes acogedoras y cuentan con aire acondicionado (el cuál podría enfriar un poco más pero la habitacion es bastante grande, bien podría deberse a eso), el baño es amplio también y está bien equipado con opción de agua fría y caliente. El personal en general siempre se comportó amablemente y dispuestos a ayudar, con recomendaciones, indicaciones y al finalizar la estancia incluso nos pidieron nuestras sugerencias de mejora, las cuales escucharon atentamente y eso habla muy bien del servicio. Sin duda regresaremos pronto.

This is an absolutely fabulous place. Wonderful staff that were very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. The room was beautiful and quiet the A/C worked perfectly, the space was large and the bed very comfortable. The large pool and lounge area was amazing . I will definitely stay there again and recommend this property to all my friends and family.

Driving down the little dead end your fears are confirmed... until you enter the small tidy reception. Friendly, professional staff who are happy to try and assist. Currently 4 (5?) rooms all pretty much identical, comfy bed, clean with a decent shower. Surprisingly quiet and nice to sit outside on the terrace of an evening. The sunbeds get sun for a good part of the day if you have seen the sights. Included breakfast good if you can ignore the Stork margarine! A kettle/coffee in the room would round things off. Short walk, not that easy, to the centre for nachos at the Irish pub.

This is in a quiet area, and walkable to many things. The staff are very friendly, gave great recommendations. Rooms were spacious (almost too big). Only had breakfast one day as we went to Chichen Itza and needed an early start to get there before the crowds. (Also recommend going to Ek Balam if you like ruins, they're quieter and a bit less pricy)
Pool was good, though a little colder than I expected.
Would most definitely stay here again!

No llega a 2 estrellas. La entrada parece un hostel. El desayuno terrorífico.un jugo solo y de pepino. Solo 3 tostadas blandas y frías y una porcion de mermelada de " zarzamora" únicamente ' qué alcanza para solo una tostada además margarina ( puaj) y esa tipo miel para hotcakes... café no de filtros y todo lo demás de pago extra . La jefa del sector desayuno aunque eramos solo dos !!! Con cero disposición a colaborar con absolutamente nada . La habitación grande es lo único que puedo destacar La decoración más "naca" o del peor gusto posible ... evitando a toda costa.
