Very helpful and friendly staff

This is an adorable hotel close to restaurants, cenote Zaci, the church and plaza for sightseeing. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was good. The rooftop dining for breakfast and the churroeria were very cute and modern. The small from the shower drains was bad and one room had no drain cover. We requested one twice from two different front desk attendants but never got one. The showers were very cold in both rooms in the morning and evening. We never did get a drop of warm water in either room even though we tried different times of day and letting it run for a very long time to warm up first… the front desk just said yes they knew about it and sorry.

Quiet centrally located. Room was basic, but quiet and clean. Parking is on the street and busy, but we always managed to park. Why not 5 stars? Breakfast. First we through it was included, next it was tiny for the cost (had to have something additional outside to get going) and then it took forever to arrive (made us late out). There is a small pool and courtyard, but we never used. Staff are helpful. We'd stay again, now we know what to expect and do about it.

We have stayed for just 1 night, but it was worth - hotel management helped to find a car for 2 days rent, because we have spent 4 (!!!) hours in Valladolid city while trying to find a car for rent without any success. Advice for a future travelers - you must come to Valladolid already with a rental car. Regarding the hotel: room was clean, we have got a silent room, wi-fi was working properly, location is not too far from bus station (15 min walk). Room has a ceiling fan and A/C, beds were comfortable. Interesting design of the hotel :) Staff doesn't spoke english (we were using google translator). Staff didn't helped to bring suitcases to 2nd floor, what was shocking - tiny woman was forced to drag through the stairs a suitcase to a 2nd floor in front of young boy's eyes, but young boy from the reception didn't showed any willingness to help her, what was a big surprise for both of us. Pool was VERY uncomfortable to use, it was very small - maybe 3x3 meters and surrounded with a tall walls - we have decided not to use it. Crowing roosters from early morning around the hotel.
