Perfecta ubicación de hotel, habitación amplia, cama muy comoda, si que es verdad que esta muy viejito y necesita reformas el baño, pero todo correcto. El restaurante es una pasada la decoración,la carta, el menú todo espectacular, buena carta de vinos. La atención de los camareros muy buena, la recepción bien, te explican todo.

Francamente decepcionante ! Todo un hotel de 4 estrellas y cuando entramos en la habitación no había ni siquiera un miserable kleenex en el baño para sonarse la nariz , ni por supuesto lo esencial para higiene personal como un poco pasta dientes o un gorro de ducha en fin , muy decepcionados , no sé si habrá sido un fallo del equipo de limpieza pero si es lo habitual , francamente tienen un suspenso , un saludo ! Habitaciones muy sucias y comida de mala calidad. Personal poco cualificado. La directora una impresentable. Cuando la llamas no quiere hacerle caso y habla de muy malas formas , no lo recomiendo para nada! No volveré a este hotel de Valladolid
