Ubicado en la misma avenida que la Feria de Muestras de Valladolid, con parada de bus urbano enfrente. Andando hay un paseo largo al centro de la ciudad. Habitación amplia con cama individual doble. Escritorio, mueble calzador y minibar dentro de la habitación. Baño grande con bañera, bidé, secador. Perfecto para estancias cortas. Personal de recepción amable. Estilo del hotel moderno, con bar y restaurante en pisos inferiores. Limpieza exquisita. Quizás la única pega es el ruido proveniente de la calle en sábado noche al estar cerca una zona de ocio. Por lo demás, perfecto.

The hotel is a bit outdated. To be 4 stars I missed details such as complimentary water or coffee maker in the room as there are in other NHs.
Quiet area and in 15 minutes walk you are in the main square.

Todo fue muy bien, el trato por parte del personal de recepción fue muy cordial y atento. La habitación muy cómoda y una cama de matrimonio king size muy confortable.
Recomendable para pasar unos días visitando Valladolid.

Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine gebührenpflichtige Tiefgarage, man findet jedoch am Straßenrand Parkplätze. Das Zimmer ist gut und zweckmäßig. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Una pena que pagando 80 euros por una noche por una habitación individual como ya no son hotel nh no te pongan la botella de agua de cortesía y se lo comunicas y te dicen que cojas la del mueble bar a 4 euros x una botella de 50 cl , miseria y lo peor es que se lo dices yvte mienten a la cara , antes si las ponían, no escojáis este como buena opción, hay mejores y más económicos

Al Sr. Director General de Hotel Ciudad De Valladolid le rogaría no me contestara agradeciéndome el tiempo que he empleado en escribir esta reseña. Por otro lado, no deseo que me pida disculpas ni que las reitere, no debería incluir respuestas «corta-pega» relativas a estándares de calidad y limpieza, no deseo que traslade mis comentarios a ningún departamento —los comentarios son exclusivamente para Vd.—. Los empleados del hotel que Vd. dirige son buenos profesionales, amables y es evidente que hacen lo que pueden en un hotel que presenta serias deficiencias que varios huéspedes, leo, le han indicado en mensajes previos. Sin entrar en el estado general del hotel y las habitaciones, humedades visibles —y tapadas— en el baño, muebles de baño deteriorados ¡y rotos!, baldosas inestables en pasillos, etc., le indico lo siguiente: si quiere Vd. mejorar la limpieza general de la habitación, aumente el sueldo a la Sra. de la limpieza que se desloma y contrate más personal. Si ello no es posible, dedíquese Vd. mismo a limpiar las habitaciones y deje de «trasladar» quejas de huéspedes a sus compañeros. Vd. ha dejado de dirigir un hotel de 4 estrellas y, como le digo, lo lamento por las personas que allí trabajan.
