Thought this would be a good stay. Said they had laundry service and so we took the chance to have our clothes cleaned. Told we would get back same day. That evening we had not received our clothes back. Checked in with front desk and were told they would be ready later that day. Then still not clothes and then told they would be ready first thing next morning as our train to Barcelona was leaving at 8:45.
Since we were leaving early we asked to just get them back. That was an issue and then they gave them back but they were wet and 2 items missing.
While we did get the back eventually it was very stressful and being told a different story every time was frustrating.

Hotel muy antiguo, con decoración y habitaciones igualmente antiguas muy lejos de los estándares Barceló. Necesita una reforma integral para acercarse a la calidad contrastada de la cadena.

Lo que más me gustó, la limpieza y la atención del personal. Lo que no me gustó, el recorrido tan largo para llegar a la habitación con cambio de ascensor y el suelo con moqueta antigua sobre suelo mal asentado.
