De las peores experiencias del mundo y no por la cadena si no por este establecimiento que como no tienen clientes ni tienen la atención de anular la reserva habiéndola echa por error 4 noches en el mismo día en vez de 4 noches seguidas,en fin es bochornoso que se les llamará 3 meses antes de la fecha y te dijeran que no podían cambiar ni hacer nada llamando como digo ni minutos después de realizar el pago jamás me había pasado nos hospedamos en hoteles de 5 estrellas por esta clase de situaciones te ayuden y como ese establecimiento lo unico que tiene que tener es el nombre pues aprovechan a vender vender vender las habitaciones al precio que sea con tal de no perder objetivos pierden son clientes es horrible la experiencia ya privaprovechare para dejar mi comentario también en la cadena a la vuelta a eeuu.

El hotel parece más bien de cuatro estrellas que de cinco, está correcto pero con poco detalle. Tuvimos un trato bastante incómodo por parte de un señor del hotel porque no nos dejaba entrar a cenar al restaurante, me sentía fatal primero nos dijo que el restaurante estaba cerrado al público por un evento, luego me preguntó que si tenía reserva y le dije que no, me dijo imposible estamos completos pero con muy malos modales al final les dije que al llegar había preguntado en recepción y entonces me dijo ahh pero están Uds alojados? Y le dije claro entonces me dijo que podíamos pasar, creo que era lo primero que nos tenia que haber preguntado, pero lo peor fueron los malos modos de ese señor, y ni se disculpó Puede ser porque estuviera el equipo de fútbol del Sevilla, no se…El resto del personal muy amable. Esta alejado del centro hay que coger el coche para ir al centro. Las camas muy cómodas, y el desayuno correcto, no con mucha variedad pero lo que había estaba rico.

Estancia muy agradable
Estancia muy agradable. Destacaría lo acogedor y amplio de las habitaciones junto con el hecho de disponer de parking cubierto incluido en el precio.
El punto negativo para nosotros fue el colchón, no nos resultó nada cómodo, entiendo que es algo personal pero en nuestro caso no nos ayudó en el descanso.
Pese a este detalle lo recomendaría.

Hemos pasado el fin de año y año nuevo en este hotel de Valladolid, que está a 10 minutos del centro, y es muy tranquilo. Lo primero que quiero comentar, es que no puedes esperar por menos de 200 euros la noche, los servicios y atenciones de un hotel de 5 estrellas de una capital como Madrid,etc,etc, ni que te recojan las maletas,ni te acompañen a la habitación, ni muchos más detalles de un hotel donde tienes que pagar mínimo 500 euros, para esos detalles hace falta mucho más personal. La cena de nochevieja y comida de año nuevo, precio calidad, estuvo correcto. Los desayunos están bastante bien, calidad y variedad, mención especial a Verónica. El personal es amable. Pudimos conocer al dueño del hotel un señor entrañable y amable. Las habitaciones necesitan un retoque y puesta a punto, ya me lo comentó el propietario que lo tenían en mente.
