Zomaar een paar dagen er tussenuit en dus vrij last-minute geboekt. Bij aankomst kregen we ivm reparatie/onderhoud aan de lift een mooie kamer op de begane grond. Prima ontbijt met ruime keuze aan broodjes en beleg. Het hotel heeft geen eigen restaurant maar dat kan in Valkenburg geen probleem opleveren. Wel is er een bar en serre om gezellig koffie of een glaasje te drinken. Uitstekend hotel met vriendelijk personeel en zeer voor herhaling vatbaar.

Good location, paid for parking available although we didn't use it. Staff friendly enough.
The photos of the rooms on ******* don't reflect the rooms, or at least the one we had. Our room on the first floor facing the car park smelt of cigarettes, possibly from people smoking directly downstairs. There are some seatings to the front of the hotel where smoking is permitted so you always walk in to the smell of it.
When someone came to clean our room, they knocked over many of the items in the bathroom including the toothbrushes which were all left for us to pick up.
Our room had a pod coffee machine and paper cups, not very environmentally conscious.
There are other places in town I would try next time, especially for the price we paid for our stay.

Ontvangst was vriendelijk en goed, kamer was netjes maar niet spectaculair voor het bedrag wij betaald hebben. Personeel vonden wij ook aardig en deden hun werk goed. Wat wel echt een minpunt is, is dat ik in mijn reservering aangegeven had dat er iemand Vegan is en dat ze daar rekening mee wilden houden. 5 dagen voor aankomst nog eens gebeld met het hotel en gevraagd of ze er rekening mee wilden houden dat er iemand meekomt die Vegan is. Dit was geen enkel probleem en ze zouden wat extra inkopen. Nou wij kwam s’ochtends bij het ontbijt en er was totaal geen rekening mee gehouden. Erg jammer als je dit wel tot 2 keer toe aangeeft en ze hierop positief antwoorden. Mevrouw van het ontbijt gaf als excuus we konden niet vinden in het assortiment van de leverancier….. Laat nou het toeval zijn dat de Jumbo ertegen over zit en niemand zich kan bedenken dat ze daar wat hadden kunnen kopen..!!!!! Jammer

On choisit cet hôtel pour : sa situation centrale, la facilité de parking (payant), la junior suite au rez de chaussée et sa grande salle de bain avec baignoire (récemment rénovées), la literie confortable, le buffet petit-déjeuner. On regrette quand même la mauvaise insonorisation ( bruits de la rue, des chambres voisines, des couloirs… bref c’est bruyant, mais heureusement il fait très calme la nuit) et la qualité des services qui est juste suffisante ( propre, mais il y à des cheveux qui traînent, gobelets en carton, buffet pas toujours achalandé…). Les prix sont un peu excessifs par rapport à la qualité du service.

Definitely go stay here.
Had a really lovely stay, comfortable, quiet, relaxing. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. They made an effort to speak our own language the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
Only area for improvement would be a separate shower bathroom, as it was a wet room shower over the toilet.
Would definitely recommend.
