Prenotiamo grazie ad uno smartbox e per una sola notte ma ci accolgono come fossimo vecchi amici. Il colpo d' occhio è fantastico riferito ad un hotel nuovissimo e pulitissimo. La camera è sufficientemente spaziosa, nel bagno è presente una finestra. Ma è alla cena che rimaniamo deliziato dalle tagliatelle al sugo di capriolo e come secondo, polenta taragna con cervo. Per dolce: strudel con gelato. Tutto squisito ( complimenti allo chef). Dopo una bella dormita ci aspetta una colazione sublime dove alcuni piatti ( uova strapazzate ed altro) vengono cucinati a richiesta mentre il dolce e salato sono pronti per essere gustati. Buonissime le crostate. Che dire: siamo spiaciuto di essere stati ospiti solo per una notte....ma ci rifaremo!! Complimenti a tutta la famiglia che gestisce questo splendido hotel in una bellissima S. Caterina Valfurva.

Was in bleibender sehr schlechter Erinnerung sein wird ist - das alte glutenfreie Brot ; das zweite angefragte war nicht geniessbar und schlichtweg eine Frechheit (war Luft und zerbröselte in der Hand) Niemand bietet man solch eine Qualität an. Würde sicher keiner selber essen. Dies bei dem Anspruch - keine Beratung beim Abendessen - nur der kurze Hinweis auf Internet !!! Hier ist diese Beratung echt notwendig da man durch die Vielfalt und den Aufbau überfordert ist erst recht auf dem Handy; was nicht jeder beim Abendessen dabei hat - die ständige Beobachtung durch die Seniorchefin ist echt nervig. Vor allem dann noch das Verbot vom Einpacken eines Brotes zum mitnehmen ---- bei der Nichtbeanspruchung des Spa-Bereichs gibts ja auch keine Entschädigung ---- sehr inkonsequent - der Spa-Bereich mit nur 4 Liegen ist viel zu klein ausgelegt. Ich war als einziger der Gruppe dort und habe nach 10 Minuten warten auf ein freien Platz aufgegeben - der Wäscheservice von 10€ pro Person ist im Vergleich zu allen anderen Hotels in denen wir mit dem Bike waren extrem teuer. - dies auch vor dem Hintergrund dass es als Bike-Hotel ausgewiesen ist. - man hat den Eindruck dass es nur auf Profit ausgelegt ist - nicht auf Wohlfühlen. - daran ändert auch nichts durch die anschliessende Mailflut Ich werde meinen Bikekollegen und Freunden von ihrem Hotel abraten Sorry für die ehrliche Rückmeldung - nur so können sie auch was ändern. Fangen sie bei der Senior-Chefin an ! Der Seniorchef, und die Junioren waren freundlich und hilfsbereit !!!!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel di montagna durante l’estate. L’ambiente è pulito, accogliente e ti fa sentire subito a casa. Tutto il personale è stato simpatico, professionale e sempre disponibile: mi sono trovata bene con tutti. L’unico piccolo aspetto che mi ha lasciato un po’ perplessa è stato il momento della colazione , gestito dai proprietari … Non mi sono sentita completamente a mio agio perché c’era la sensazione di essere un po’ “osservati”, dovendo chiedere ogni cosa. Ma ci tengo a sottolineare che non è nulla di grave, solo una percezione personale, in quanto la signora è un po autoritaria … Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto positiva. L’hotel è bellissimo , posizione bellissima e curato in tanti dettagli …. Lo consiglio con piacere e ci tornerei volentieri!

Sosta durante un giro in moto presso l'hotel Vedig. Accoglienza e servizi impeccabili, ottimo ristorante con molta varietà di prodotti tipici e prezzi nella media per la zona . Colazione a buffet a dir poco perfetta. Consiglio vivamente.
