It's your job during a tornado to keep your guests safe, the gentleman at the frontdesk with crosseyed needs training. I'm pulling all my workers out of your hotels.

I've been coming to Valentine every June for business meetings and I always stay at the Niobrara Lodge. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the staff is friendly. If we are back in Valentine again I will definitely be staying here.

I really hate to write bad reviews but this place needs to step it up. We chose it thinking after long day of travel we wanted to stay somewhere nice. 1st room, no hot water and shower head would not stay in place. 2nd room; paper thin sheets that wouldn’t stay on the bed if you rolled over, marginal hot water. Weak and spotty wi-fi. No coffee maker in the room. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse breakfast was a joke. Too pricey. So disappointing. Stay somewhere else.

Diamond in the Rough
I am so thankful I found this diamond in the rough on my trip. The room was comfortable and clean. I worked out with their dumbbells. The breakfast was tasty the next morning.
