Superbe hôtel. Très belle piscine. Le personnel est à votre service et aimable que ce soit à l'accueil ou dans les restaurants/bar. La chambre était également agréable si ce n'est qu'il faut un peu de temps pour la chauffer étant donné la hauteur du plafond. Gros soucis de facturation pour nous car l'hôtel nous a débité le solde du séjour alors que tout avait été réglé lors la réservation. Après plusieurs réclamations à l'hôtel, trip.com est intervenu pour régler efficacement le problème.

The concept of the hotel being a renovated building is very interesting. The bathroom in the room is large, but it is not separated from wet and dry. The design of the water drainage is not reasonable, and because it is in a hard water area, the experience of washing hair is not pleasant. But the service is the same as other facilities. Despite our disappointment re. the restaurants at this hotel we would stay again and recommend it. The staff at reception and in the bar is excellent and highly professional. The rooms are very pleasing, minimalists and clean. The beds are very very comfortable. Perfect location for our visit to the region.

Superbe hôtel décoré avec goût, le Royal Hainaut propose des chambres spacieuses très cosy. Les repas sont excellents et le petit-déjeuner est réellement copieux avec des produits frais et faits maison. Le bar offre des cocktails délicieux sous une verrière monumentale. Excellente expérience renforcée par la qualité du personnel

Amazing venue. Old building with high end renovation with respect of the old structures. Beautiful room with high ceiling and comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Beautiful spa in the cellar (some outdoor place would be great, now your stuck inside on a beautiful sunny day).

Pas d'eau chaude dans le logement,douche non prise pendant deux jours, aucune solution n'a été donnée pour cela....nuit compliqué, beaucoup de réveils car la porte de service a fait que claquer
