Superbe hôtel. Très belle piscine. Le personnel est à votre service et aimable que ce soit à l'accueil ou dans les restaurants/bar. La chambre était également agréable si ce n'est qu'il faut un peu de temps pour la chauffer étant donné la hauteur du plafond. Gros soucis de facturation pour nous car l'hôtel nous a débité le solde du séjour alors que tout avait été réglé lors la réservation. Après plusieurs réclamations à l'hôtel, trip.com est intervenu pour régler efficacement le problème.

Séjour de 2 jours en amoureux . Le gros ,gros ,gros point fort de cet établissement c'est la cadre waouww . Magnifique rénovation avec gout 10/10. Le spa et les soins sont tout a fais agréable piscine magnifique Le point faible de l'hôtel est à notre humble avis le restaurant (la galerie) nous n'avons pas tester le 2 -ème resto de l'hôtel . Cuisine pas folle pour 1 hôtel de cette gamme et service 1 peu voir beaucoup à la traine. Nous n'avons même pas terminer notre menu 3 service tellement le service à été lent . Nous gardons tout de même en tète les moments de détente au spa ainsi que en suite duplex qui sont au top .

Séjour inoubliable au Royal Hainaut en famille. Que dire… tout était absolument parfait, avec une équipe tellement sympathique ! Nous avons pris le temps de profiter pleinement de notre magnifique suite, du restaurant La Galerie, et de la piscine. A refaire !!!

Nous sommes au Royal Hainaut Spa & Resort Hotel, pour le week-end du 22 au 23 fevrier 2025 et je suis ravie. Nous devons partir dans quelques minutes et nous n'avons pas envie de quitter cette parenthèse. Nous avons mangé à la galerie hier soir. Honnêtement, j'ai eu peur car le serveur a eu un peu de mal pour prendre notre apéritif (il n'enregistrait pas la bonne commande) du coup j'étais dubitative. Toutefois, ce charmant serveur, nous a agréablement surpris. Il nous a demandé s'il pouvait lancer les plats par exemple (dans les autres hôtels spa que nous avons effectué, ce n'est pas fait), il a gardé le sourire et son amabilité. Les masseuses Manon et Camille, vous avez des mains en or. Le massage en duo au top ! On reviendra c'est certain !!!! Le personnel vraiment à la hauteur des lieux. MERCI A TOUS !
