Отель новый, расположен у парка в центре города. У отеля есть своя подземная парковка за 23 евро/день. Красивый дизайнерский интерьер, в номерах качественная мебель и матрасы. Персонал профессионален и любезен. Веранда на крыше закрыта на ремонт. Нам дали карточки на напитки в соседнем отели этой сети в 5 мин ходьбы.
Номер довольно маленький,только переночевать. Завтраки по меню за 19 евро.

I used the Trip.com app, checked the parking facilities, and there was no information about a separate fee, and I was not notified by the hotel. Other hotels state that a separate fee is charged. When checking out, they suddenly asked me to pay 47 euros for parking for two days. This amount is equivalent to 70,000 to 80,000 won in Korean currency, so it doesn't make sense that they didn't notify me, and it's not like the average price is like other places, so I'm really annoyed and angry.
All the other facilities were good. The service was good, and I want to tell them to write more details when listing hotel information on Trip.com.

New hotel very modern, facility is great, walking distance to old town. Only downside is that they have very limited service of bar and restaurant so you almost always need to go out to eat.

We used this hotel when dropping our daughter off at FSU Valencia summer program. The hotel is a perfect location next door to the FSU admin office and the Torres De Sorrans towers. The hotel has a roof-top bar (under construction when I was there) that looks over the city with amazing views of the towers (see pic). The room was super modern, clean, spacious, and had a balcony where you people/city watch. The location was great as well, offering a perfect location for walking the old city. I would highly recommend this place.

A great experience for our family. Everything about this hotel is excellent. The quality of service from staff is outstanding. Each person we encountered was courteous, friendly, helpful and extremely professional at their job. Anna and Saul went out of their way for us at check in. The personal service from the restaurant makes you feel special. Highly recommend.

4 Wochen nach Aufenthalt automatische Abbuchung eines Betrages von der hinterlegten Kreditkarte wegen angeblicher Beschädigung des Zimmers. Minimale Verständigung am Abbuchungstag. Keine vorhergehende Kommunikation, keine Dokumentation der Kosten. Schade das ein ansonsten schöner Aufenthalt so einen schalen Nachgeschmack bekommt.

This is a lovely hotel with a very convenient location. The rooms are compact but fairly well designed although I did not love having the toilet separated from the bathroom area. The hotel is very clean and our room was always cleaned to a high standard. The staff are helpful and polite. Service at breakfast can be very slow when it's busy. They could really do with additional staff to address this. The rooftop area for a drink is lovely but I feel the food menu would benefit with a few more vegan options.

Perfekte Lage, super Service, hervorragendes Frühstück, tolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt! Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber die Fenster sind top isoliert. Wir würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen und können es ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Albergo piacevolmente arredato. Situato in posizione strategia per visitare il centro (di fianco alla porta de Serranos) di Valencia. Pur trovandosi su una strada a forte scorrimento l'isolamento acustico è abbastanza buono (forse leggermente migliorabile). Stanza grande e pulita. Ciabatte e accappatoio a disposizione. Top Roof con bar aperto anche ad esterni, con vista "tetti" di Valencia. PIacevole la vista. Abbiamo preso aperitivo, un po' troppo caro (una ciotola di patatine fritte 4€). Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio ristorante/bar per colazione essendo in centro con locali molto carini a costi inferiori. Forse leggermente caro il rapporto qualità prezzo
