Un nuevo hotel totalmente reformado. Personal muy amable y muy bonito todo. Las habitaciones muy commodap y confortables el desayuno es muy bueno. Y las instalaciones y la habitación con todo muy nuevo. Lo recomiendo. Tiene gimnasio para el que quiera y piscina en obras

Hotel recém inaugurado e ainda não totalmente pronto, mas com grande potencial. Ficará ainda mais bonito quando a piscina e o restaurante estiverem prontos. Staff extremamente simpático e prestativo. Café da manhã espetacular, o melhor entre os hotéis Novotel que conhecemos.

Nos alojamos en el hotel durante el fin de semana, en una pequeña escapada para visitar Valencia. El hotel está muy bien situado, y es muy bonito. El hecho de que sea completamente nuevo ( apenas lleva dos semanas abierto) hace que todo esté impecable. El personal fue amable y resolutivo en todo momento. La experiencia fue muy buena.

Un desastre
Recien inaugurado y algunos servicios aun por abrir (terraza rooftop, bar de copas, jardines piscina). Deberian avisar por adelantador de este tema. Durante el tiempo de desayuno, cafeteria cerrada. Personal poniendo ganas pero aun muy verdes. Retraso en el check in por problemas con el ordenador. Un dia para que me solucionaran un problema de limpieza. Aun espero me envien la factura por email. Para colmo me olvide en la habitacion un libro y…de momento…nadie sabe de el. Pewtendian que volviera en 2-3 dias. Si no estaban listos para abrir, mejor seguir cerrados.

Hotel recién abierto, solo puedo decir cosas buenas. -El personal amabilísimo dispuesto a ayudarte en cualquier momento siempre pendiente de los huéspedes. -Al lado del río perfecto para dar un paseo o llegar al centro andando. -El desayuno muy variado y todo muy bueno, además tienen una cafetería donde poder tomarte algo. - Dispone también de un pequeño gimnasio. -Habitación perfecta, camas muy cómodas y confortables, tienes unas botellitas de cristal para poder rellenarlas de forma gratuita en unas fuentes y tener siempre agua en la habitación y que decir de los jabones de la habitación son de Rituals y huelen súper bien!! Desde luego volveremos cuando tengan abierta su terraza que tiene que ser una pasada

We booked this hotel seeing that it had a roof top pool and bar. Needing some urgent vitamin d, it looked perfect for the 20c weather Valencia had to offer. It is close to historic quarter and the beautiful park. Some restaurants and shops just outside. On arrival you could smell fresh paint and see lots of work taking place. The entrance area was nice and well staffed, with a business area and a fridge selling snacks. We went to our executive room on floor 10. It was brand new, very clean, but very small. They was a window that opened. The heating would not turn down. No matter what we did, it stayed over 26 degrees in the room, even when the window was open. Despite reporting this, it was not fixed. Wifi was strong, but 2 english news channels was poor. An english entertainment channel like BBC 1 or ITV is not a big ask. My biggest dissatisfaction was with the missing rooftop pool and bar, that were advertised on the website I researched the hotel on. They are only in early construction and will not be open for a long time. Looks like a restaurant is under construction as well. We felt very missold and were allowed to check out a day early, so we could go to a hotel that had the things we wanted and had expected. You can see that this will be a great hotel one day when it is finished, but I would check with the hotel before you travel if you are looking for AC, a pool or roof top bars.

A disaster. Initially book a room for June 27 to 30, 2020, which, due to the pandemic, had to be canceled. Since then, I have asked insistently for a refund (voucher that I still have saved) and they have never responded. There were many calls and emails and they say that the hotel is closed. I think the hotel was sold to the Selenta group, who also refuse to respond. I continue to wait until today for the refund.
