A disaster. Initially book a room for June 27 to 30, 2020, which, due to the pandemic, had to be canceled. Since then, I have asked insistently for a refund (voucher that I still have saved) and they have never responded. There were many calls and emails and they say that the hotel is closed. I think the hotel was sold to the Selenta group, who also refuse to respond. I continue to wait until today for the refund.

Well, as of today, August 2022, when all types of companies have returned the money for events, reservations... that took place during the state of alarm, we must be the only ones to whom the money is not returned of this hotel reservation. Because? Expohotel will know! I do not recommend this company at all and of course when I return to Valencia, which we will return, we will not stay in this hotel and I hope that many of you do not choose it.
