I called the front desk to ask for a converter, and they did send it up, but they told me that there was one in the room but in the safe. So what's the use of it? Do I need to put the device in the safe to charge it? I called again and they said they had arranged for someone to send it, but it still hadn't been delivered the next day.
I was very satisfied with the rest. The atmosphere in the hotel lobby was great. It happened to be the Fallas Festival, and the streets were closed and very lively, like the New Year.
