Estuvimos alojados en el MYR Plaza Mercado & Spa y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. Desde que hicimos la reserva, el trato del personal fue de diez, siempre atentos y amables. Además, coincidió con mi cumpleaños y al llegar me encontré en la habitación una botella de vino y unos bombones, un detalle precioso que me hizo muchísima ilusión. La ubicación es fantástica, justo al lado del Mercado Central, en una calle peatonal con mucho ambiente y restaurantes. Aun así, la habitación era muy tranquila, amplia, limpia y con una cocina completa que resultó comodísima. Las camas también muy confortables, dormimos genial. El desayuno me encantó: no es buffet, pero tienen carta y puedes elegir entre un montón de opciones, todas de muy buena calidad y riquísimas. Lo tomamos en una mesita con vistas a la plaza y fue un momento de lo más agradable. Otro punto a favor es que el hotel tiene parking propio, lo cual es muy práctico. Por poner algún “pero”, el parking es pequeño y cuesta un poco maniobrar, la wifi podría ir algo mejor y el gimnasio es correcto, aunque quizá le falten máquinas más modernas. Pero, sinceramente, todo lo bueno que ofrece el hotel pesa muchísimo más que esos detalles. Lo tenemos clarísimo: cuando volvamos a Valencia, repetiremos sin duda en este hotel.

Our stay could not have been better. Communication through WhatsApp was amazing, even before we arrived. Staff were really helpful and recommended local parking as our car was too long to fit in the hotel car park's lift. We used the car park under the central market which was really easy to get to, minutes to walk to the hotel and cost about the same as the hotel car park. We stayed in the Penthouse which was very spacious and well equipped. Beds were super comfortable and there are two excellent bathrooms. The Penthouse has a private terrace which we couldn't use as it was too hot and noisy, due to it being surrounded by all the ducting for air-conditioning; this was only minor and didn't spoil our stay in any way. We had an issue with our room being incredibly hot and despite trying to turn the air-conditioning down, we couldn't cool the room. One call to Reception and they sorted it immediately and our room was lovely and cool. The hotel is really well located in the heart of the historic centre, making it really easy to walk and see so much. All staff were really friendly and welcoming, but special mention to the member of staff who checked us in on the day we arrived; she was super friendly and welcoming, and made a point of talking to us each day of our stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we can't wait to return.

El hotel está situado en una zona privilegiada de Valencia, como es el Mercado Central, tiene fácil acceso y comunicación con los lugares de la ciudad habitualmente turísticos, teniendo además alrededor opciones gastronómicas para todos los gustos. Las habitaciones llaman la atención por su modernidad, amplitud y confort para el descanso. El personal del hotel merece una felicitación especial por su atención, además de su amabilidad y preocupación por el bienestar del huésped, están constantemente pendientes a las necesidades desde el momento en que se hace la reserva de la habitación. Personalmente hemos recibido un trato exquisito y excepcional facilitándonos la estancia, en concreto, merece una especial mención a la empatía manifiesta ante una demanda familiar, mi esposa y yo les estamos realmente agradecidos. Por todo ello, considero recomendar este hotel, sin ninguna duda volveremos.
