Great location. Room is clean and large. Refrigerator and microwave are free to use. The only negative thing is that it's noisy next door at midnight.

La signora è stata veramente carinissima! Ci ha dato tanti suggerimenti per il nostro soggiorno a Valencia e ci ha permesso di lasciare gli zaini lì l’ultimo giorno. Inoltre l’hotel è in pieno centro, a poca distanza dalla Cattedrale. Le camere sono super spaziose, con terrazzino.

Una maravillosa experiencia. Hotel pequeño con un trato familiar y espectacular, tanto África como Sergio nos trataron con un cariño especial, aconsejando nos sitios a visitar y donde comer. Habitación amplia, luminosa. Muy buena limpieza. El desayuno especial personalizado según tus gustos. Facilitan cualquier circunstancia que les plantees. Hotel muy céntrico para moverte en todo el casco viejo de Valencia ¡Volveremos!

We had an enjoyable five night stay and it's really convenient for the city centre which is literally a few minutes walk so eating/shopping not a problem. The bus stops we used were about ten mins walk and the nearest Metro stn is about 15-20mins walk.
Room was excellent with quiet AC. A couple more mains sockets would have been handy. Room clean and serviced daily. Proprietor was on-site in the morning and she helped with tourist info such as bus routes too.
Door entry codes were supplied in advance and when we checked-in no staff were around but that was no problem.
We had breakfast off-site so can't comment on supplied food. There is a communal fridge which was handy for cold drinks.
All in all, very good stay at this B&B and happy to recommend.

Our four night stay at this beautiful boutique style residence was an absolute joy. Africa and Sergio were perfect hosts who genuinely care about their guests and make your stay really special. We stayed in the apartment on the fourth floor, which was comfortable and really well equipped, whilst also being beautifully designed. The location of the property in the heart of the old town couldn't be more perfect, with everything you need right on your doorstep. I could happily live here full time!

What a wonderful little boutique B&B! We were greeted with friendly faces and helpful suggestions on what to see, where to go and an absolutely amazing recommendation for dinner! The room was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful! I wish we could have stayed longer! The parking garage is conveniently located right below the property and access is less than a block away! It was walking distance to all the historic sights, as well as a short walk to remove yourself from the “tourist” area and emerge in some Spanish culture! Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay!

Very good experience.
Much more a B&B or AirBnB. Location was excellent. The staff was great and informative about sights to see for a 1 full day visit.
