Great location. Room is clean and large. Refrigerator and microwave are free to use. The only negative thing is that it's noisy next door at midnight.

Very nice, cosy hotel with just 6 beautifully decorated rooms. Great breakfast freshly prepared each morning including freshly squeezed orange juice. Very friendly staff, great communication and easy check in. Great location very close to the cathedral.

L'Esplai Valencia è un B&B elegante e delizioso posto nel cuore di Valencia a due passi dalla piazza della Cattedrale. Il gestore è una persona di grande gentilezza ed accoglienza. La stanza ampia e pulita è dotata di un bagno grande ed arioso. WIFI perfetta. Stando nel cuore di Valencia è tutto a portata di mano: attrazioni turistiche, ristoranti e bar. La fermata della metro Colon dista appena 10 minuti e poco distante si trova la fermata dei bus che portano all'Oceanografico. Super consigliato !

Un hotel muy bien situado, encantador, acogedor y con un servicio maravilloso. A destacar el desayuno, con un trato exquisito y prácticamente a la carta. Delicioso! Espero poder repetir porque ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. La decoración es muy cuidada y los ambientes comunes son muy relajantes y acogedores.

A nice bed and breakfast in the center of Valence. We loved our stay here. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is run by great people. It’s easy to walk anywhere in c the city center from here. The breakfast changes every morning and was always delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

La signora è stata veramente carinissima! Ci ha dato tanti suggerimenti per il nostro soggiorno a Valencia e ci ha permesso di lasciare gli zaini lì l’ultimo giorno. Inoltre l’hotel è in pieno centro, a poca distanza dalla Cattedrale. Le camere sono super spaziose, con terrazzino.

Una maravillosa experiencia. Hotel pequeño con un trato familiar y espectacular, tanto África como Sergio nos trataron con un cariño especial, aconsejando nos sitios a visitar y donde comer. Habitación amplia, luminosa. Muy buena limpieza. El desayuno especial personalizado según tus gustos. Facilitan cualquier circunstancia que les plantees. Hotel muy céntrico para moverte en todo el casco viejo de Valencia ¡Volveremos!

We had an enjoyable five night stay and it's really convenient for the city centre which is literally a few minutes walk so eating/shopping not a problem. The bus stops we used were about ten mins walk and the nearest Metro stn is about 15-20mins walk.
Room was excellent with quiet AC. A couple more mains sockets would have been handy. Room clean and serviced daily. Proprietor was on-site in the morning and she helped with tourist info such as bus routes too.
Door entry codes were supplied in advance and when we checked-in no staff were around but that was no problem.
We had breakfast off-site so can't comment on supplied food. There is a communal fridge which was handy for cold drinks.
All in all, very good stay at this B&B and happy to recommend.
