Very nice and helpful staff. We spent only one night without breakfast but it seemed like the cafeteria was pretty good. In general everything was very clean and comfortable.

This hotel has been -and hopefully will be- our home away from home. We liked our rooms, the food, the location, but for us the attention we got from the staff was the main reason we chose the Kramer whenever we went to València. Many thanks, Ion & company!

Impecável, hotel e restaurante, o atendimento perfeito do Sr. Klaus, muito simpático, nos passou várias informações sobre a cidade, excelente, o quarto é ótimo, o restaurante também é excelente, com os melhores nachos que já vimos! Tudo perfeito.

Nos ha gustado todo. Aunque nuestra habitación no era grande (éramos tres), hemos estado muy cómodos, las camas estupendas, el baño también, la limpieza de 10, la ubicación genial, el personal amable, el bar del hotel muy bien; en definitiva, que si algún día volvemos por la zona volveríamos a ser unos huéspedes felices en este hotel. Por poner un solo pero, faltan enchufes en la habitación, algo indispensable en los tiempos que corren, pero aún así calificamos nuestra experiencia con matrícula de honor. Gracias a todos.

Appena siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato il personale veramente molto gentile ed attento alle nostre esigenze. Ci hanno offerto un drink di benvenuto. Spiegato la città e fatto vedere subito una cartina. Camere e bagni super puliti e con ottimi spazi. Letti comodi, si dorme benissimo. Hotel comodo a tutti i servizi, in ottima posizione.
