This should be regarded as one of the few relatively cost-effective hotels in Europe. It is very close to the beach. You can go for a run in the morning. The breakfast is also good. It happened to be the peak season when I went, so it was a bit expensive.

Delusione e stress. Abbiamo riscontrato una totale disattenzione da parte dello staff, ci ha creato uno sgradevole stato di disagio. Inoltre, sconsigliamo servizio ristorante. A pochi passi si trova accoglienza e professionalità qui spesso assente.

En pErimer lugar quiero felicitar al hotel por realizar una buena selección del personal. Todos los trabajadores con los que me he cruzado han mostrado su simpatía y buen hacer en el trabajo, Recepción, limpieza y camareros un 10!!! Las habitaciones, en mi caso una estándar tenía lo necesario para pasar la noche con comodidad, además de una ducha enorme que las personas que tenemos alguna discapacidad motora lo agradecemos. Probamos el masaje de espalda de 45 minutos en la zona de spa y nos encantó. El desayuno de calidad, un poco de salado, dulce, fruta,café, frutos secos..y zumo natural de naranja. Habíamos leído comentarios malos sobre este hotel, pero realmente mi hija y yo volveremos en breve

Amazing customer service at the lobby check-in. Both Gisella and Alicia greeted us with a big smile and they have been very helpful during our stay. We have never been to Valencia and we don’t speak Spanish so getting directions and recommendations was very informative to helping us make plans in this city. We decided to stay another night and the hotel is right on the beach.

ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH! Want to sleep? Choose a different hotel! Played my iphone recording of the noise level - closed doors / windows - from my bed at midnight! She said it is not our fault and did not give a sh*t!. Rude and obviously used to this complaint. I did not read reviews, I should have. I liked the fact that it is closed to the beach, but you also need to rest, and you cannot do this in this hotel. Breakfast is mediocre. STAY AWAY!

En mis cuarenta años en hostelería no había visto el despropósito elevado al cuadrado del servicio en cuanto a la atención y a la comida servida.El servicio muy deficitario y una camarera vacilando todo el servicio.En cuanto a la comida las croquetas frías por dentro,el pulpo duro y parecía un chicle y la paella aceitosa ,crudo el arroz y sin un apice de pollo en toda ella.Al preguntar por el encargado me dice que no me podia atender,atendiendo al final del servicio intentando convencerme cual psicólogo elucubrando un sinfín de disculpas tontas .Las camareras me dicen que hay dos de baja por eso la atención.Y encima muy desafiantes.Calidad precio carísimo para el servicio y la comida.Una pena.

Mal servicio y atención en el restaurante. Camareros insuficientes. El pulpo sin sabor, mal presentado y duro. La paella, peor. Y el metre o responsable de camareros, irrespetuoso, ofreciendo unas bebidas para intentar camuflar sus errores. Precio excesivo para lo consumido. No volveré.

I did not have a good experience at Hotel Neptune. It had an impersonal atmosphere, the staff were not welcoming or helpful. They provided no assistance on arrival or during my stay. The hotel was overpriced , I stayed for 4 nights at over 900 , 240 per night and no breakfast included. The TV did not work even after calling for assistance. There was construction at the entrance of the hotel which made it difficult to enter and leave. In addition to this, our bikes were vandalised directly outside the hotel, and there was no assistance on this either. I am sure if they took time to look at their security camera they could have seen what happened. Overall , I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel.

Ideal am Strand gelegenes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Schöne Dachterrasse mit Minipool. EinzigerNachteil, in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ist eine outdoor Disco, die bis 3:30 morgens einen höllischen Lärm verursacht. Unsere Lösung, Fenster zu und Klimaanlage an, das hilft.
