Getting from the cruise port to the hotel is easy: bus 95 takes you almost to the door. We arrived at 11, and left our luggage in a special room before checking in. The hotel is right on the bank of the former riverbed of the Turia, which has been turned into a park. Amazing. A joy for those who like walking. And accordingly, the old town is nearby. And the botanical garden.
I liked the room: solid furniture, a good bathroom with a bath and bidet. Perhaps, I would like the mattresses to be firmer. There is a kettle, a set of coffee and tea. I recommend taking half board: dinners and breakfasts are beyond praise, we have not been spoiled with such delights for a long time.
There is a cool shopping center El Corte Engles nearby.
By the way, the metro is also nearby - half an hour to the airport.
The hotel is good. And Valencia is incomparable! Perhaps, we should come back here.

The hotel is well situated i. e. next to the long distance bus stop, close to a metro stop and neighbouring to a shopping complex. Room was spacious, clean and provided with all necessary facility. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk service was as good as always. It was very late on the day of check-in, and the front desk remembered my name. The overall sanitation of the room was very good. Although the decoration and facilities of the hotel were relatively old, they were clean and tidy. The only bad thing was that I was only given one bottle of water after staying for 4 nights, and the water was not refilled even after cleaning. I wanted to call the front desk for a bottle of water, but the hotel phone did not have the front desk number, so I went to the hotel kitchen to buy a bottle myself.

Wonderful hotel! We stayed only one night, but really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel has a great location: 15-20 minutes walk to the old town through the Turia gardens, the bus station is right outside the window.
The reception staff are friendly, we were checked in 40 minutes early, after our stay we left our things in the storage room for the whole day.
The room was great: spacious, with a view of the park, everything is done conveniently, the beds are very wide and comfortable, there is a tea station.
The hotel offers a chic buffet breakfast with a very large selection of cold and hot dishes, desserts and drinks.
Highly recommended!

Hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff was welcoming and helped us pack a breakfast as we were leaving early. Location was okay, right next to the bus stop but rather far from the city center.

Good hotel, in good condition, good facilities. Very good location, close to everything. Very good breakfast. Excellent staff. Large room. But it was very hot and if you open the window to ventilate you can hear the road. Still, it's worth it. The only negative thing is the gorillas and drunks who hang around the area, they are annoying and don't leave you alone. Otherwise, very positive. We will definitely return.
