I found this accommodation to follow the Valencia MotoGP. Busy area but all in all close to the historic center (about 9 minutes from Ciudad Vella) and the motorway junction (20 minutes from the Circuit and 15 minutes from the airport). the only negative note is that I thought there was a physical reception 24 hours a day and instead the reception is only during the day, from 10am to 7pm. Having arrived around 9pm and finding the reception closed we tried to call the assistance number and, kindly and with patience they helped us enter with remote access codes (the door and the apartment have electronic locks). Too bad they didn't send us the codes sooner.
For the car there is more than one car park under the house and several in the area. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows.
Rooms equipped with a kitchenette complete with appliances and welcome kit! I also appreciated the complimentary water left in the fridge (often not even 4* hotels do this)

It was a lovely apartment. The washing machine was very usefull. We enjoyed cooking our own food which we bought across
the street at the Corte Inglese, They supplied us with basic necessities to cook and clean.
Staff was very helpful.
