Städningen kunde bli bättre. Var dammtroll överallt. Jag fick aldrig mejl från de utan fick ringa sjäiv en timme innan flyget för att få kod och annan information till lägenheten.
De hade tvättmaskin men ingenstans att hänga kläderna. Vi bodde 4 nätter och ingen städning gjordes de dagarna. Dusch vattnet var väldigt ojämnt och det var obehagligt att duscha då vattnet hela tiden ändrades från kokande varmt till iskallt. Tror jag bränt mig på kroppen på grund av det.

Didn’t receive any check in details so when we arrived I had to call them and they sent it to me.
Fire alarm for building went off on our last morning as another guest burnt some toasts. Not the fault of the apartment but might have been nice to have received an email post-event given we were outbound for a while, had fire alarm going off for 2 hours and no working lift when we went to leave.

Very pleasant clean quiet apartment with all the essentials provided. Good location, grocery shop near by and dining options within 5-10min walk. Bike hire near by, we as family with 2 kids enjoyed cycling to the beach (40min).

Apartment was great overall. Couple of things that were an issue. The apartment entry door has no peephole. On a couple of occasions there was some rambling in the hallway and couldn’t check if it was safe to open door. Also, it would be great if a booklet with information regarding the apartment and area could be provided. I have to mention that communication with property management was excellent and professional. Will definitely recommend the property.

The property was modern with everything you would need for a self catering break. Located in a local residential which felt safe, there were good links to all the attractions, the stations and airport along with supermarket’s, grocery stores, bars and restaurants.

Fine location in a Residential area. Close to center and supermarket.
Fine kitchen equipment.
When I arrived the floor was very dirty. After mid week cleaning, everything was VERY clean.
Hot water was random and some elevators issues.
I will recommend this place in Valencia.
