Great place to stay. We had 1 bed appartment with 2 single beds in large living space which was good for 2 adults and and 2 kids. Easy to get to on metro then tram (end of line 8 - Neptu) or 95 bus that goes to science/aquarìum. Would stay again.

The apartment has a good standard which corresponded with the rate I paid. I was positively surprised to be able to walk out to the terrace (there is only a window on the pictures), although it's just a roof at the moment lacking any design. The management and communication were catastrophic. I could check in only because I arrived when their office was open and I spend over an extra hour to sort everything out. They did not send check in information at all. They did not reply to any e-mails. They were not able to communicate in comprehensible English. There is the Whatsapp option but they did not mention it. I only could check in upon going to their office. They gave me a door code which did not work. They charged 200 € deposit last-minute and I wonder if they manage to refund it automatically.

It is located right on the beach near Maratim. Easy access and check-in. Very clean. Looks like brand new from ikea but has the amenities we need for a 2 week stay. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and very easy access to metro station and EMT bus system. The patio could use more furniture for sitting out and relaxing. Two outdoor chairs available but no table or other furniture. Had to UBER to office downtown to pay damage deposit since could not do online; bit of a nuisance but not a hardship.
