Minha estadia neste hotel foi extremamente frustrante. Desde o início da hospedagem, enfrentei problemas sérios: a porta do box do banheiro estava quebrada (e permaneceu assim até o final), utensílios básicos de cozinha faltavam, tentei utilizar o serviço de lavanderia que estava no anúncio e as máquinas não funcionavam, geladeira com escape, no entanto, o mais grave foi o hotel me responsabilizar por uma cadeira de palha indiana que precisava de manutenção, sendo que relatei a situação logo no início da hospedagem. A postura foi claramente de má-fé. Após essa experiência, pesquisei outras avaliações e constatei que esse tipo de conduta desonesta não foi um caso isolado. Isso transforma o local não só em uma escolha ruim, mas em um ambiente perigoso para qualquer hóspede que espera ser tratado com honestidade.

Casa Clarita is a wonderful small hotel right in the center of the old town. The rooms are clean and very tastefully appointed and the staff is friendly and attentive. Especially, an extremely nice and friendly lady named Pili. She helped us with every request and inquiry. Her welcoming and warm demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Pili!

Such a beautiful little hotel in the heart of València old town. The location is amazing just 30 seconds from Plaza de la Reina. The rooms are lovely, generous and beautifully clean. The hotel staff were really helpful and could not do enough for you. Would love to come back. Thank You

Tranquilidad y relax en el corazón del barrio del Carmen. Sin duda cumple con su nombre "singular hotel", no olvidarás su cuidada decoración, el mimo por el detalle y la posibilidad de alojarte en un palacete renovado. La cuidada atención de Rafael y su equipo lo hacen único, con ganas de repetir tanto en Casa Clarita como en su hermano, el SH inglés, tiene una decoración preciosa , volveremos sin duda!

Muy buena opción en el Centro de Valencia.
Increíblemente amables. Muy bonito y muy muy bien ubicado en zona céntrica pero en calles nada ruidosas por lo que no se escucha bullicio ni ruidoso por la noche. Excelente. Regresaría sin pensarlo.
