Soit c'est pas le ritz mais des chambres en préfabriquée avec des mur épais comme des feuilles de cigarette ou on entend les chambres voisines... le restaurant servait une bavette correcte bien que sans grande saveur (assez limité en choix de plat)

We arrived at about 5 pm after driving so we were quite tired. The hotel was fine, as most Campaniles are. Only a bad thing: the air conditioning wasn't working properly. I tried to survive, my room was VERY HOT. I think the heating room was downstairs. I went to reception and the girl was VERY HELPFUL. I think the problem wasn't only my room but most rooms but she gave me a different room, one for disable, which was nicer and cooler. If she hadn't done it, I wouldn't have been able to sleep, I can't stand the heat, so I was so grateful. I wish I knew her name. She had dark skin, I don't know if she was from India or what, she was LOVELY, helpful and a real professional. THANKS TO HER FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was ok and there the air conditioning was working perfectly well. :)

The stop over was convenient to the motorway for a one night stop over. Staff were attentive and breakfast excellent and very good value.

i ended up sleeping in the car no reception at arrival all was locked hotel refused to offer any form of refund stated they left a voicemail which never happened? along with the mail they sent arrived several hours after intial arrival so clearly and issue on the portal

Ein altes Campanile ohne Renovierung. 63 Euro inklusive Frühstück war nicht teuer. Das Hotel ist von einem lückenlos umzäunten Parkplatz umgeben, dessen Tor bei Ankunft geschlossen war. Mein Zimmer hatte die übliche Architektur und das Bad auch eine Wanne. Auf dem Schreibtisch ein Wasserkocher. Beim Frühstück waren die Warmspeisen schon weitgehend verzehrt. Das Rührei wurde aufgefüllt. Die Baguettes waren geschnitten, aber schmackhaft. Vermutlich durchschnittlich für Campanile. Das Hotel liegt nicht an der Solaise, Valence süd ist etwas irreführend. Ost wäre korrekter. Nicht weit weg ist ein Intermarché.

Après avoir validé une réservation à 23 h par erreur ( pas de réception après 22 h )et demander une annulation le matin à l’ouverture de l’hôtel l’argent a bien été encaissé on m’annonce que ce n’est pas possible je suis travailleur itinérant et donc je n’irai plus jamais dans un hôtel Campanile et ne ferai jamais de réservation sur booking préjudice de la blague 180€ je déconseille fortement cet hôtel campanile Valence sud juste une pompe à fric Marchant de sommeil aucun services après vente F.Solvar
