Nice style and atmosphere. Friendly staff when they are present. Overpriced compared with other hotels though because limited services due to absence of staff during most of day/evening. High extra costs due to 2 hours later checkout because of cleaning while occupation of hotel seemed calm.

Hôtel très agréable. Literie très confortable. Petits-déjeuner très bon et copieux. Très beau cadre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Bémols : chambre pas assez chauffée et chauffage très lent. Il faudrait monter le chauffage en prévision. Aussi, le dérouleur de papier toilettes était cassé, le rouleau ne faisait que tomber. On a réussi à le réparer façon MacGyver.

Traumhaftes Stadthotel
Wir sind begeistert von diesem stilvoll neu renovierten Hotel. Super Lage gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Die Innenstadt kann man in wenigen Schritten zu Fuss erkunden und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe.
Toller Empfang von einer professionellen Managerin. Zimmer wunderschön und ruhig.
Leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Spanien in die Schweiz. Wir werden wenn möglich, auf der Rückreise nach Spanien nochmals im Hotel Viktoria übernachten.

Notre troisième ou quatrième séjour à l'hôtel Victoria et c'est toujours un plaisir. Le staff est charmant et toujours prêt à aider. On adore la déco: on s'est inspiré de plusieurs chambres pour rénover notre maison.

C'était notre deuxième passage, et ce ne sera pas le dernier. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à dix minutes à pied du centre et des restaurants. L'emplacement face à la gare peut faire hésiter, mais les chambres étant très bien isolées, on n'entend absolument rien du trafic. Les lits sont confortables, la chambre est très bien équipée. On peut passer un moment agréable dans le petit salon, devant le feu de bois. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Rien à redire!
