Atendimento dos profissionais do Hotel 10* com uma cortesia educacional, simpática e profissional extraordinária. Peq. Almoço de acordo com.o necessário. No entanto o hotel precisa ser intervencionado de restauro principalmente de janelas, portas e casa de banho (218) sanita solta, água do banheiro para o chão, chão partido. O local uma via de acesso a Espanha, com trânsito a toda a hora, precisa URGENTEMENTE intervenção em Portas e janelas pois quer interior e exterior, a insonorização é muito má, ouvem-se o trânsito a passar na rua como se as janelas estivessem abertas, as conversas no corredor, autoclismo, água nos quartos a correr, portas a bater insonorização péssima. Localização boa perto da fortaleza.

Please be advised if you are looking for a pleasant and comfortable splurge hotel night on Camino- this is not it. Very disappointing and definitely no AC as posted on its site. The room looked pretty on pics but was not comfortable at all. Had to sleep with window and door open to survive the night it was so hot at night

Staff were pleasant and helpful. It was Easter Sunday so facilities were restricted in the town. The hotel staff made an effort (without being asked ) to find us a restaurant serving the food I mentioned I liked. Hotel is a bit dated but clean. Excellent breakfast.

Um hotel num sítio espectacular! Junto da muralha e a vista e a zona é muito bonita! Um hotel com alguns anos mas com uma traça familiar e muito acolhedor. O pequeno almoço normal para um hotel desta categoria. O atendimento é personalizado e sempre atenciosos.

El hotel es un 3 estrellas, pero muy justito, da la sensación de antiguo, el aire acondicionado no funciona bien, si que está limpio, pero en general… muy justito. Si volvemos a Valenca, no repetiremos.

Well located for the Camino. Lovely spacious comfortable room. Very helpful staff. I had the Pilgrims menu for dinner and it was amazing value at 12 euros and delicious. Highly recommended. Breakfast was also very good.

En camino Santiago l'agence qui gère mon pèlerinage avait réservé à Valença à l'hôtel Lara. De tous les hôtels où j'ai dormi sur ce chemin portugais vers Compostelle ce fût le pire : la personne à l'accueil fût détestable, pas même charitable pour me faire assoir après la marche me disant que je ne pourrai récupérer ma chambre qu'à 14h...pas de rideaux aux fenêtres seulement des doubles occultants quand la chambre donne sur rue à hauteur de vue ce n'est pas top du tout. Le sol de la chambre était sale : je l'ai nettoyé avec le tapis de bain, pareil pour le dessus des tables de chevet et de bureau, la poubelle ne s'ouvrait plus au pied et quand je l'ai signalé à l'accueil ça n'a pas eu d'effet....et ne parlons pas du petit déjeuner où il n'y avait plus de thé noir et en en demandant la personne a remis du thé rouge qu'il y avait déjà ! Une horreur : hôtel à fuire pour un trois étoiles ce n'est pas là qualité attendue.

Localização excelente. Bem em frente a Fortaleza onde tem lojas e restaurantes. O quarto muito confortável e funcionários amaveis. O café da manhã é sensacional com muitas opções. Com uma vista espetacular. O hotel tem elevador. Gostamos muito. Pena que foi apenas por uma noite. Pretendemos voltar.
