Having been let down by Condor Ferries we needed to find reasonably priced accommodation. We were so lucky to have picked the Peninsula. Faultless. All staff were super friendly. The room was a very high standard. The food was exceptional value for money...well worth booking half board. We ended up having to stay 3 nights and so glad it was here. It was great to see the General Manager mucking in to help out too. Only one small piece of feedback is the restaurant seems to lack any real process in the way things are run so quite relaxed but does mean a little nudge may sometimes be needed. If we ever make it back to Guernsey then we would stay here.

honest this is the best hotel that we have stayed in,food excelent ,if you did,nt like what was on the menu that night they would do something else for you.breakfast buffet style lots of choice.the staff so polite the could,nt do enough for you.we went on a coach tour with medway motors ,they were excelent as well.altogether a good holiday

What a fantastic Hotel, everything about it was 5 star from the location, rooms, facilities and the food. The staff were brilliant and Mark the assistant manager could not do enough for our group.

The food is very good, the venue is lovely and the staff are exceptional; Sakeer and the wider team - including AJ and Yvette - were so helpful and courteous that they made the night even more memorable. They are all a credit to the venue. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Others have written about how good this hotel is, I can't believe the 3 stars it should be 4to 5, staff from entering the premises were smiling attentive and treated you like a member of the family. Superb keep it up.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of June to attend a friend’s wedding. On arrival hotel looked nice with lovely views over the bay. Checked in and went to our room which was not what we had booked. Very hard to move with a king’s size bed and single bed, bathroom was old and tired with a dirty marked shower curtain. We went to reception who arranged for us to change rooms very efficiently. This room was ok with a little more room to move with just a king size bed. View overlooking the bay, bathroom had a glass shower door over the bath. But the room still looked on the tired side. Bed was comfortable but difficult to sleep as room very hot and no air conditioning, you could ask for a fan if you wanted. No in room safe, plenty of tea/coffee and a kettle. Open clothes rail not high enough for hanging long dresses. To get ready for a wedding in a hot room not ideal and plug socket not well placed for mirror. Room was not cleaned on the second day so had no fresh towels for the morning. Hotel has a lot of coach trips so bar and restaurant very busy. Breakfast was a standard buffet and help yourself to tea/coffee. We enjoyed our stay in Guernsey but if we came back would stay somewhere else.

We stayed in a lovely sea view room. Very spacious and very clean indeed. The gardens and pool areas are lovely, with plenty of space if you have children and literally a two minute walk to the nearest beach. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast buffet style and the restaurant menu was very good. We can recommend the Sunday lunch! In fact everything on the menu was of a very high standard and super tasty. Even when they had private functions we were not inconvenienced in any way, we shall definitely stay at the Peninsula again.
