Super dirty place! Everything look old and feel like not being cleaned! Dog hairs are everywhere on the bedding! Feel itchy laying on the bed! Even not dare to use the blanket!

I reserved two rooms at this property on March 11, 2025 to attend my Granddaughter's graduation from Valdosta State University one King Single and one double queen the rooms were booked through ******* never again. Checked in around 6 pm went to dinner returned around 11pm the rooms had roaches the room were infested with roaches the phone didn't work in one room and no phone in the other room no one answered at the front desk. Had wait to talk to someone the next day May9, 2025. The rooms were disgusting asked for my money back was told I booked through a third party ******* they would have to refund my money. Talking to ******* was a nightmare with no results. They said the rooms were nonrefundable We should have been given clean and safe' The hotel voided the contract of nonrefundable money. ******* blamed Red Roof Inn and Red Roof Inn Blamed ******* for our money not being refunded. The rooms were disgusting never seen rooms that nasty, we were really concerned about taking roaches home. We was told the local guests were given the rooms on that end of the hotel so it was ok to put local guests in fifty conditions. The board of health will be notified with pictures. We checked out on May 9, 2025 and went to another hotel one roach did get into one of our bags.

We needed an overnight stay while traveling on I-75. This place is not right at the interstate, but is only a few miles into town. It’s definitely not fancy, and is an older, refurbished facility, but the room was nice and clean. Budget-friendly, but no breakfast available.

The facility is in a "shady" area of town and I was concerned about security in parking lot. I would not stay there again.

I had to cancel my stay shortly after arrival due to extremely poor conditions. The room was in an unacceptable state—there were cockroaches, unpleasant odors, and visible dirt throughout the space. The bedsheets and bathroom were particularly unhygienic, which made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe staying there. Very disappointed, as the photos and descriptions online did not match the reality.

When I saw their parking lot is almost full I did not expect a quiet night, but it was super quiet.
Room was super clean and free from weird chemical fragrances.
Comfortable king size bed gave me good sleep and rest.
