Casa do Eido is the sanctuary I needed in my life! The house and its surroundings are the perfect place for relaxation and contemplation. It's ideal for retiring after a day in the national park or reading by the fire on a rainy day. There are comfy spots all over the house and grounds to hang out and enjoy. I didn't want to leave.

El alojamiento está cuidado y el entorno es una maravilla. Mi pareja y yo fuimos buscando la paz y tranquilidad que ofertan, pero resultó imposible. Tuvimos que soportar a una pareja que venía de fiesta sin ningún respeto por los demás huéspedes, se pusieron a tocar la guitarra y cantar en la puerta de nuestra habitación ya de madrugada; pero nadie está pendiente de lo que sucede en el hotel y tuvimos que pasar un mal momento, al ir a protestar por ello. Mezclan todo tipo de huéspedes, también hay familias con niños que mientras intentamos desayunar en la terraza tranquilos, andaban por la piscina a gritos tirándose en bomba, y tampoco nadie les decía nada. Entendemos que acepten todo tipo de huéspedes, pero si ofreces relax en medio de la naturaleza, tienes que estar más pendiente de lo que sucede en tús instalaciones. Un lugar precioso pero mal gestionado.

Marquei um fim de semana nesta casa, uma noite de sábado para domingo sendo que no momento da marcação enviei uma mensagem a perguntar se seria possível usufruir da piscina no domingo. Não me responderam. Chegado o dia de ir para o hotel, recebo uma chamada da booking a dizer que tinham feito overbooking. O mais engraçado é que, por causa da questão do meu pedido de ficar a usufruir da piscina do domingo, eu estava sempre a ver se ainda estava livre a noite seguinte (logo não haveria hóspedes) e no booking apareceu livre até uns 2 ou 3 dias antes. Com isto quero dizer que sinto que o hotel fez um overbooking propositado pois provavelmente a outra estadia seria de mais noites do que a minha que era apenas uma noite e não lhes compensava. São negócios, cada um sabe do seu, mas deixo aqui o alerta a quem quiser passar um fim de semana neste alojamento, tenham sempre alternativas à mão.
