Como siempre todo excelente. Solemos ir todos los años porque nos gusta el Spa y el desayuno es de calidad. Destacar también la amabilidad de todas las personas que trabajan allí. Tuvimos un problema a la llegada con la reserva y lo solucionaron rápidamente.

På söndagar har alla restauranger stängt på kvällen och det visste vi inte så vi rekommenderar inte att ni bor i Valdepenas på söndagar. Personalen i receptionen hade ingen aning om detta och rekommenderade oss restauranger som alltså inte var möjliga att äta på.

Baño con ducha inoperativa con cambios bruscos de temperatura, agua hirviendo o helada. Comunicamos la incidencia a primera hora y la gestión durante todo el día fue nula. Por la noche comprobamos que continuaba la incidencia y tras llamar nosotros a última hora del día marchándonos al día siguiente en recepción la señora que nos atiende con cero capacidad de gestión y tono combativo nos dice que bajemos para proceder al cambio de habitación. Que como no habiamos preguntado, no nos conocía. Supongo que no sabe lo que es un teléfono registrado en recepción. Le comuniqué que pondriamos una hoja de reclamaciones y literalmente nos contestó que " hicieramos lo que quisiéramos" a lo que respondí que hariamos lo que procedía. Sinceramente decepcionate.

Velg et annet hotell, eller ta med støvsuger
Hyggelig mottak ved innsjekk
Men kommer du seint som jeg så finnes det ikke noe å kjøpe på hotellet, ingen roomservice inget på hotellrommet, inget i resepsjonen. Ingen chips eller frukt eller noe annet. Første gangen jeg opplevd.
Treningsstudio er også veldig dårlig, åpen døgne rundt er positivt.
Dårlig rengjøring, hår på mange sted, i sengen å annet…
Hadde det ikke vært midt i natten så hadde jeg sjekket ut dirkete.
Er nok det 4 stjernes med mest hår liggende igjen som jeg bodd i.
Syns synd på dem i resepsjonen, skjønner godt hvorfor dem ikke spør hvordan midt oppholde hadde vært, for det vill dem sikkert ikke vet då dem sikkert er kjent med at renhold er dårlig.
