Todo genial. La verdad que las instalaciones están muy bien. Y el sitio perfecto para hacer excursiones. El personal muy atento . Lo único que haría sería señalar mejor la entrada con un cartel a mano derecha viviendo desde Plasencia . En el spa para ser un 10. Poner un pediluvio y 4 camas calientes. El desayuno está muy completo y mucha rapidez en la limpieza de las mesas. Y lo de poder desayunar en la terraza es maravilloso. Eso sí deciros que los masajes de 30 minutos que los hacen en 20 me parecen un timo .

Mi esposa se cayó en la sauna húmeda. El suelo era resbaladizo.Habia 6 escalones sin barandilla..Pedimos un Paracetamol y me dijeron que no podían darlo. El balneario es peligroso y debería ser inspeccionado.Poco amables Estrictas gobernantas .Ninguna empatía.Fuimos tratados como si quisiéramos defraudar.

Una gran decepción Me habian hablado maravillas del hotel, precio caro para los servicios que ofrece, habitaciones sucias, a falta de renovar un poquito sobre todo ahora, a principio de temporada El secador del pelo no movía ni una hoja, después de estar una hora en el balneario tenias que ir a cenar con el pelo mojado, El desayuno normal, no es para un 4 estrellas ni de lejos, En verano sera estupendo por las piscinas naturales al lado, igual que el camping cercano, pero no tan barato... Un ruido como agua cayendo toda la primera noche que no deja descansar, lo dijimos en recepción a la mañana siguiente y el personal de mantenimiento bajo un diferencial de las maquinas del techo... Las piscinas de las fotos no las vimos, seria por la temporada El balneario con menos actividades que otros que conocemos, una de las saunas no funcionaba, un solo yacusi para toda la gente que habíauna gran decepción. para no volver...

Coincidiendo con mi cumpleaños hicimos una escapa al Jerte. Nos encantó el lugar. Impresionante zona ajardinada delante del balneario. Cogimos una habitación con terraza muy acogedora. Las instalaciones muy bien aunque falta un poco más de mantenimiento tratándose de un cuatro estrellas. El circuito de aguas estupendo y el trato del personal muy bueno. El desayuno bueno pero podía ser un poco más completo. Y considero un poco elevado el precio de la cafetería. De media le pondría un 7

Después de ver las opiniones he de decir que me parecen injustas. Personal superamable y servicial. El buffet de lo mejor que he visto. El balneario excelente, sobre todo ISABEL. Estoy con un grupo, Peña Sevillista de El Viso del Alcor y todo el grupo sin excepciones está encantado a nivel general.

Hotel balneario antiguo en un precioso sitio que vive de las rentas de estar en una zona idílica. Ausencia de mantenimiento. La fachada cuando llegas ya ves que no ha sido pintada desde hace años. La recepción es fría y su personal más. Cuando subes a la habitación es como de los años 80, como de “cuéntame”, pero no importaría si las camas fueran cómodas y estuviera limpio. El baño es además de viejo, incómodo. La ducha está puesta en una posición imposible, de lado con respecto a la mampara, e intenté darme un baño y no funcionaba el grifo normal. Subió un técnico y me dijo que no tenía solución, que pidiera un cambio… en fin… Las toallas blancas son grises y tan antiguas que no secan. Qué puede costar cambiarlas? Que estamos hablando de un hotel de 4 estrellas… ( sobran 2 al menos)… La primera noche la luz del techo de emergencia, me impidió dormir. Lo comenté a la mañana siguiente y la quitaron, pero estuve insomne porque toda la habitación se iluminaba de verde… algo terrible. La puerta del baño estaba encajada en el suelo. Había “engordado” y no cerraba ni abría sin tener que empujarla con mucha fuerza. En el mini bar ni una botella de agua… en fin… por no hablar de la calidad de la comida del restaurante…
