we, were in the hotel Feb 2025, excellent team to support you with anything with smile and understanding, quality food, spacious spa area, dogs accepted and warmly treated - even during dinner ( when you are in a recommended part of the restaurant)

It was absolutely perfect. Especially transport to the ski slope by golf caddy shuttle and other great services. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was very nice, pleasant and helpful. The amazing wellness area is spread over three large floors and is packed with irreplaceable and unforgettable experiences. It is a very clean, big and beautiful hotel in the Dolomites. We will come back to Bärenhotel with enthusiasm and love. Thank you so much for absolutely perfect stay in Dolomites. ♥️

We had a great time. Great location and open view of the mountins. Very friendly staff and good rooms. Great pool and saunas. Very tasty breakfast and good dinner. Skiing is within 100 m with the shuttle golf car service which was never late. it is the best idea. We will be happy to return. Excellent internet throughout the hotel.

siamo stati vostri ospiti dal 10 al 15 gennaio, presso la vostra struttura. volevamo ringraziare il proprietario e tutto lo staff per averci accettato con i cani ed aiutato nella loro gestione. Abbiamo passato dei giorni bellissimi e credo che ritorneremo. La SPA è molto bella , l'unica nota un pò deludente è stato il cibo, anche il buffet e la colazione. Punterei più sul cibo locale ,infatti i canederli erano speciali! una nota particolare al proprietario che ci ha allietato l" ultima serata con fisarmonica e canto

Sono stato ospite di questa struttura la seconda settimana di gennaio. Il bilancio e' piu'che positivo. A pochi metri della pista valdaora raggiungibile con una comoda navetta . Ottima e variegata la cucina( suggerisco una maggiore varieta' di antipasti) cosi' come la zona termale( meravigliosa la sauna panoramica) perfettamente soddisfacente la camera anche questa con vista panoramica. Per ultimo un saluto al simpaticissimo direttore e un ringraziamento a tutto il personale. Consigliatissimo. Maurizio stolfa

accoglienza eccezionale, ottima la disponibilità del personale, la struttura molto è bella, anche la spa. posizione è eccellente sia per lo sci che per le escursioni. ritengo da migliorare il menu del ristorante, ci aspettavamo più proposte di piatti tipici alto-atesini.

Soggiorno e hotel eccezionali, personale gentilissimo, disponibile a offrire supporto anche per problematiche personali, preparato, cucina di altissimo livello. Molto belle e rilassanti le esperienze proposte (yoga, rilassamento con campane tibetane, acquagym) per chi passa più tempo in hotel e non vuole o non può fare attività all'aperto. Assolutamente consigliabile.
