E' un ottimo albergo da tutti i punti di vista, personale gentilissimo e disponibile e molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Ottima la cucina con menù sempre vari e squisiti. Piscina molto confortevole con acqua calda e disponibilità di accappatoi e asciugamani. Alla reception abbiamo trovato molta cortesia ed attenzione alle nostre esigenze.

Dem Himmel so nah... ein Paradies auf Erden war das Bärenhotel für uns. Alles wirklich perfekt: das sehr freundliche Hotelier-Paar, das äußerst hilfsbereite und umsichtige Team, das hervorragende Zimmer, das sehr gute Sterne- Essen, die schöne Sauna mit den wunderbaren Aufgüssen. Einfach WUNDERBAR! Dass das Wetter nicht so mitspielte - bei diesem Verwöhn-Ambiente war das leicht zu verschmerzen.

Un Hotel che ti rimane nel cuore! Appena rientrato da un breve soggiorno di 4 notti.. Posto fantastico, struttura eccellente e soprattutto la cortesia e gentilezza dello staff, Sissi e Greta in reception e della tutto fare Annalis, instancabile professionale e super disponibile! Infine vorrei menzionare il proprietario che trasmette tanta energia positiva ed amore per la sua attività.. Davvero una bella persona! Al BÄRENHOTEL SI STA DAVVERO BENE!.. Colazione superlativa e cene buone, ma non così indimenticabili anche soprattutto per i dolci che non ho molto apprezzato ed il ripetersi del buffet di antipasti. Comunque, come dicevo in apertura, un HOTEL che non si dimentica!

Consigliatissima (soprattutto per chi fa sci/snowboard). - posizione: a 150m dalle piste (ci si arriva a piedi o con il servizio transfer della struttura,sempre a disposizione sia per andare sia per ritornare). - accoglienza: ambiente familiare, professionale,grande attenzione e disponibilità per ogni esigenza. Personale sorridente e gentile in ogni momento. - struttura: pulitissima, ordinata e tradizionale. Un po' classico come stile,ma i servizi sono da 5 stelle. - spa: c'è tutto: Sky pool, idromassaggio, percorso knippe, docce, sauna con sventolatori, bagno turco, grotta di sale, sale relax, stuzzichini e tisane etc.Possibilità di massaggi (a pagamento), lezioni yoga, pilates , meditazione (gratuite). - menù: buono e abbastanza vario,anche se niente di indimenticabile. Perfetto il servizio . Io sono andata in coppia per fare snowboard, ma ci è capitato un weekend con zero visibilità sulle piste. Nonostante tutto è stata una bella vacanza proprio grazie all' atmosfera e ai servizi della struttura.

Hotel veramente bello , che si contraddistingue per un servizio top. Gentilissimi e disponibili tutto il personale che è in grado di soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Struttura con i suoi anni ma tenuta splendidamente, la nostra camera era in una 'ala' recente ed era davvero bella comoda e spaziosa con una vista da wow sulla valle . Ristorante di ottimo livello, con una qualità degli ingredienti, sia a colazione che a cena davvero elevatissima. Impianto sciistico molto comodo (2km) per chi ama sciare raggiungibile , volendo con la navetta dell'hotel. Dalle stanze vedi l'impianto che porta a Plan de Korones davvero vicinissimo . Spa bellissima, piscine e vasche interne ed esterne. noi siamo stati fortunati perché ne abbiamo usufruito in momenti davvero tranquilli con pochissime persone. La piscina idromassaggio esterna a forma di cuore è splendida ed ad una temperatura perfetta (36) , la piscina interna, con accesso all'esterno ha una vista da urlo ma qualche grado di temperatura in più all'acqua (32) sarebbe stato gradito. Un ringraziamento particolare alla brava e simpatica Annalisa che oltre ad essere una ottima insegnante di yoga, ci ha accompagnato in una bellissima escursione. Il prezzo è in linea con un hotel 5 stelle ed un servizio .

Sensationell, das Hotel ist eine absolute TOP-Adresse. Zimmer, Wellness, Essen und nähe zur Piste alles perfekt. Wir haben uns noch nie so wohl in einem Hotel gefühlt. Besonders sind die Menschen in diesem Hotel hervorzuheben die hier alle einen sensationellen Job machen. It was absolutely perfect. Especially transport to the ski slope by golf caddy shuttle and other great services. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was very nice, pleasant and helpful. The amazing wellness area is spread over three large floors and is packed with irreplaceable and unforgettable experiences. It is a very clean, big and beautiful hotel in the Dolomites. We will come back to Bärenhotel with enthusiasm and love. Thank you so much for absolutely perfect stay in Dolomites. ♥️
