Terrificante. Alla richiesta del cambio asciugamani hanno ben deciso di piegare le asciugamani sporche del giorno prima riponendole sui letti. Non sistemavano le lenzuola del letto a castello perché era troppo alto. Ragno nella doccia polvere ovunque, insetti sui muri, cibo immangiabile con capelli nei piatti, personale scortese. Non andate!!

This place is a filthy nightmare. Stained sheets, moldy bathrooms, and a stench that makes you gag. The staff? Rude, lazy, and utterly useless. Asked for clean towels, got an eye roll. Complained about the dirt? “That’s just how it is.” Walls are paper-thin—you’ll hear every argument, every thud, and every shady encounter next door. Breakfast? Might as well be prison food. Stay anywhere else—a dumpster would be cleaner and more welcoming.

Ottimo Hotel in una valle incantevole. Camera ampia e confortevole, pulita, con bagno adeguato. Infissi e riscaldamento che permettono un confortevole relax. Cucina molto buona e variata. Il personale dimostra grande disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci ritorneremo di certo.

Ahimè il nostro secondo soggiorno è durato solo qualche ora ma abbiamo riassaporato la Felicità in una struttura in cui il sorriso e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff sono la punta di diamante di un servizio assolutamente impeccabile. FANTÁSTICO
Una estancia magnífica.
Personal muy amable y atento a cualquier necesidad.
El Hotel súper cuidado y con una decoración excelente.
La ubicación inmejorable entre montañas y en un entorno idílico y tranquilo.
La habitación-apartamento muy limpia, grande, con un buen baño y vistas preciosas a las montañas. Parecía recién reformada. Camas cómodas.
El menú de la cena buenísimo y el desayuno buffet variado y de calidad.
Parking gratuito para los huéspedes del hotel.
Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.
