Bon rapport qualité prix, chambre correct, superbe piscine, boulodrome, terrains de tennis, au coeur d'une nature luxuriante, personnel agréable et disponible. A conseiller. Très proche de la ville d'Apt. Architecture originale. Caroline.

L'accueil est primordial et dans cet établissement, il est très chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des personnes dès notre arrivée. La piscine est disponible à toute heure, elle est très agréable. Nos chambres disposaient chacune d'un frigidaire et d'une terrasse privée équipée de mobilier et donnant sur le jardin. Nous y avions pris sans problème quelques repas. Nous sommes allées aussi à la salle de fitness, en accès libre. Nous n'avons pas essayé le sauna. Cet hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter les célèbres musées : Léger, Picasso, Fondation Maeght... Il se trouve dans un endroit très calme, aucun bruit de circulation ! Il y a cependant quelques points à améliorer : de ma chambre, j'entendais ma petite nièce discuter dans la chambre d'à côté, le ménage quotidien dans les chambres était bâclé, les abords de la piscine et les parties communes n'étaient pas trop nettoyés. Le petit-déjeuner buffet, selon les personnes qui s'en occupaient, était plus ou moins alimenté., il y manquait pas mal de choses le lundi, plus de thé noir, ni de sucre depuis depuis deux jours, pas de croissants, plus de nutella pour notre petite... Nous l'avons signalé mais "il n'y en avait plus". Donc, globalement, merci beaucoup au personnel d'accueil, et nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré les points que je tenais à souligner, et qui doivent être revus à mon avis, pour un établissement 3 étoiles. .

e' molto sporco, la moquettes è tutta macchiata, gli armadi sporchi ed in generale la struttura è in degrado. Potrebbe essere molto bella se curata diversamente. Colazione molto povera che non vale i 15 euro. In bagno c'era un solo asciugamano ed un misero flaconcino per lavarsi le mani. La piscina tenuta malissimo ed infatti siamo andati via e non abbiamo fatto il bagno. Dalle foto si vendono bene ma c'è molto molto da migliorare. Peccato.

I used to stay in this hotel quite frequent before 2015 for business reasons, visiting or local companies office in Sophia Antipolis. At this point of time a real gem. Now I decided to stay over for an extended weekend over my birthday. The stay spoilt everything. My wife and me traveling with a dog. So we are used to pay a surcharge. After first night we lacked room service. Bed was not made, so basic cleaning was not done. After second night empty dished where left in the room. After third night we left for a full day visit and returned around 5:3o pm. No room service at all. Rubish bin was not emptied, dirty glasses where still there and towels not changed. Having said this, we complained about the room service just after night 1 and 2. We have been asked to understand how difficult it is to get good stuff. I do understand. What I do not understand is that after first complaint the manager is mot keeping an eye on the thing. The room had obv. no basic cleaning for some time. The bag I put on top of the wardrobe came off dust covered. Same observation for breakfast. When we came around 8:40 on all days dished have not been cleaned from prev. guest, and if still crumbles have been on the table. One morning there have not even been croissaints or bread available. Lets see if they charge me extra of 10 Euros per night for the dog. Lobby was obv. renovated recently. But the complete premises are looking quite neglected. Sad to see after a view years

2 notti, 2 stanze, toccata e fuga x visitare i luoghi lì intorno...Le foto trovate sui vari siti sono ingannevoli, l'hotel è sporco, non viene fatta manutenzione da anni... tutto molto datato e poco confortevole. Il prezzo è alto per quello che offre, 500 euro x quello che ho avuto è troppo anche se, sicuramente le tariffe sono in linea con il periodo e la zona. Non ci torneremo...

Wij verbleven vanaf eind juli t/m 1e week augustus. Drie dagen geen warm stromend water om te douche, het advies was haren wassen in het zwembad. Het ontbijt ronduit slecht. Uiteindelijk maar zelf gemaakt op de hotelkamer. De t****e hotelkamer daar werkte de airco niet. De kamers vies, klein achterhaald . Uiteindelijk hebben wij ons verblijf drie dagen ingekort. En wel een fikse korting gekregen. Verder waste het personeel zelf de was van de gasten en stond er een flinke strijdplank in de lobby. Een vrouw moest in haar eentje al die kamers schoonhouden, ronduit schandalig. Het oudere personeel was vriendelijk. Niet boeken is ernstig aan renovatie toe! Oh ja algen in het ZWEMBAD

Après un accueil froid, à la limite de l'antipathie, notre petite famille (2 adultes et 1 enfant) a eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir des draps sales, un sol collant et un personnel désagréable à la moindre remarque. Quelle déception, pour un tarif relativement élevé. A éviter impérativement
