Bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich sofort wohl und willkommen! Sehr freundlicher Empfang und unkompliziertes einchecken. Wir wurden im Tisgasa Lenn untergebracht. Sehr Grosszügiges, komfortables Zimmer. Grosses und komfortables Bett, wir haben die 2 Nächte sehr gut geschlafen. Das Nachtessen im Restaurant Capricorn war ausgezeichnet und meine Seezunge, einfach köstlich. Preis - Leistung mehr als korrekt! Das Servicepersonal ist top und extrem freundlich. Hier ein spezielles Dankeschön an Isabell und Mate Grosszügiges Frühstück Buffet. Leider verfügt das Valbella trotz 4***+ keinen Shop oder Automat wo man sich mit Sandwich, Chips etc. verpflegen kann, ich bin es gewohnt vor dem schlafen noch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Schade, eher ungewöhnlich für ein solches Hotel!? Dennoch sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel und gerne wieder!

Die Zimmer sind grosszügig. Das Spielzimmer ist riesig mit Lego und vielem mehr. Es gibt auch ein Zimmer mit Billiardtisch und Töggelikasten. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet viele, abwechslungsreiche Speisen. Es gibt einen kleinen Shop, eine gemütliche Bar und einen Wellnessbereich, Tiefgarage, Skiraum. Im Winter ist der Zauberteppich gleich neben dem Hotel.

This was our second, but surely not our last stay in the Valbella Resort. Our family, consisting of a three-year-old toddler, his grandparents and parents enjoyed the Valbella Resort’s second to none infrastructure, culinary delights and other services offered alike. The warm, traditional yet modern and elegant ambience was perceived as conducive for a relaxing holiday or whatever the purpose of the stay. The outstanding customer service is to be highlighted as the most valued asset of the Resort. A genuine attitude towards making you feel comfortable, valued and well looked after was observed. All interactions with all staff members no matter the issue was consistently very friendly, polite and helpful. The daily greeting by the manager and/or Mrs or Mr Vogt rounded off this commendable experience. It serves as a role model and is a true a beacon of hope for the Swiss hospitality industry. There is no doubt in my mind, irrespective of season, purpose or desire of your stay, the Valbella Resort has you covered. At this point, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire Valbella Resort team for ensuring our stay was an amazing experience at every level once more. Markus&family

Mooi hotel/resort. Zeer vriendelijk en attent personeel. Prima gelegen in het (top)skigebied, alleen van ski in / ski out is geen sprake, als je het skigebied in wil moet je of de sleeplift bij het hotel nemen en dan een paar honderd meter lopen of eerst een stuk lopen en dan een andere sleeplift nemen. Je kan wel terug skiën. Oefen/kinderwei is direct bij het hotel, dat is top. Zwembad is leuk voor de kinderen, saunacomplex viel wat tegen. Behandelingen/massages prima. We hadden een suite geboekt, deze zat in de punt van het bijgebouw, hierdoor was op grote delen van de kamer het plafond heel laag met het stoten van je hoofd tot gevolg. Verder was de haard in de kamer tevens rookkanaal voor de haard beneden, dus af en toe wel wat overlast hiervan. Kamer verder prima in orde, goed schoon. Bed was wel erg hard, hiervoor werd een topper geregeld. Ontbijt prima, avondeten ook goed, voor een grote eter wellicht wat karig. Prijzen van het hotel en alles eromheen aan de hoge kant, maar dat weet je als je naar Zwitserland gaat…

La struttura è molto bella, sebbene non tutte le camere sono nello stesso stabile, ma in diversi stabili e per accedere alla zona wellness, o alla piscina bisogna percorrere un passaggio sotterraneo. La struttura denominata Tgiasa Da Lenn è molto funzionale e comoda, ma la "Principala" ê sicuramente meglio. Camera molto bella e funzionale, colazione buona. ristorante italiano molto buono. Personale gentile. Prezzo elevato, ma in linea alle attese.
