hotel in a great location for the slopes.
Staff were excellent very helpful
Room was also really good
Breakfast food was poor restaurant has zero atmosphere and bar is quiet at night

Hotel was super convenient location a short walk to the base of the mountain (less than 2 mins walk). It was a charming comfortable hotel. The service from the staff set it apart. They were fantastic, super friendly, helpful, spoke perfect English. The included breakfast buffet had a huge selection and even included a bunch of fresh fruits and vegetables that you could press yourself for a healthy start

Tsanteleina is very comfortable, clean, the staff is extremely helpful and responsive, the breakfast was excellent, the spa was exceptional. The hotel is so close to ski lifts and restaurants and shopping and bus stops it’s very convenient.

The staff went out of their way to help me. The shower head was kind of cheap and the room was tiny, otherwise amazing
