Really nice hotel with cosy/immaculate rooms and a great pool/sauna and steam room. I really enjoyed the breakfast selection and quality which fuels you up well for a day of skiing. Good facilities for ski storage and kind/friendly staff. Special thanks to Alizée on reception for helping to reunite me with lost property following my departure. Will definitely return soon.

Superb hotel, cozy and warm decoration and lighting. Magnificent and very comfortable room, especially when you have the pleasant surprise on arrival of having been upgraded! Quality breakfast, swimming pool and pleasant spa area. Perfect for relaxation and a little extra that made the difference for us: a game of chess!

We stayed in this magnificent hotel in the heart of Val d'Isere, the Mountain Suite we had was perfect for our family with a splendid view of the Bellevarde face! The room was very nice and spacious, with beautiful views, the breakfast was very complete and in a very nice place. The hotel service was very friendly but very inefficient, they made reservations for us at several restaurants that were confirmed as made a month prior to our stay via email, when we arrived they were not made, they reviewed them and told us that it was solved. When we arrived at the reserved restaurant, they had done it again. After several errors they did not have any compensation details. If you have to reserve restaurants or activities, do not do it with them, they are very inefficient

Night as a couple in this magnificent establishment. Very warm welcome, qualified and very available staff. In the evening we had a drink at the bar. Very welcoming place, very helpful staff. Great choice of drinks, original cocktails. Excellent morning breakfast. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the room. Problem of wall insulation which makes you feel the cold through the walls, significant trace of humidity under the windows , hole next to the electrical outlets...Even if you are in Val d'Isere a so-called superior village room must offer a higher level of service. Too bad....

On holiday for our Honeymoon the hotel made zero effort to make it special, no congratulations or drink on the house. Instead everything was an extra (e.g breakfast at £30 per head of which items were missing) No water, tea or coffee provided with the room. Unable to have a bath as it was crammed in by the radiator at one side, taps on the other. No wall holder for shower head. WC in separate room which was tiny, un-hygienic. The spa is not include in the room rate and charged at 40 extra per person. Made entered the room without knocking. And the staff were very rude, not understanding at all.

We stayed at hotel Tsanteleina for 5 days and I am very sorry that I didn’t stayed more.The location of the hotel is perfect,in the city center and 5min.from the gondola and ski-lifts.The staf was superb,the food and everything else! Highly recommend

une équipe incroyable toujours présente et de bonne humeur. un service quasi parfait. tout est fait pour passer un sejour exceptionnel. j aurais adoré prolonger mon séjour tellement nous étions sur un nuage. je conseille vraiment l établissement car on se sent comme chez soi. un grand bravo a toutes les equipes, de la reception au restaurant en passant bien sur par le bar. Je pourrais rentrer dans tous les details mais je vous laisse découvrir ce lieu incroyable rendu exceptionnel par les personnes qui le font vivre. un tres grand merci et a l annee prochaine!
