The hotel was very well situated for our needs, we were a group of 9 friends staying in their triple rooms. The hotel is very well situated for ski rental shops and not too far distance to walk to the ski lifts along with a shop less than 200 m away. The rooms, we had 3 rooms two on the first floor one the second floor, I stayed in room 208 this room was very spacious had lots of storage space including room for three ski bags that did not get in the way a nice touch was 3 separate drawers provided that fit under the third bed for extra storage. there was a coffee making station a safe and on request an iron and ironing board. The room did not come in the fridge, not a problem in the winter. Shower was good had good pressure and was always hot. The bar area is shared with their restaurant so seating can become limited but this was not a problem we as 9 always got a seat and if it was over crowded there was another seating areas downstairs was always empty. Boot room was good plenty of space for ski’s and boots. Is small so not more than 3 people can change in there but again never had a problem. The other two rooms I can not comment on as I did not stay in them but having seen them one room was ok with a balcony and same foot print as mine but the other room belive it to be 109 (don’t hold me to that) this seemed to be below average compared to the other two rooms and although I did not stay in it if I had I would have been most upset and felt undervalued as a guest. Breakfast in the mornings was Continental with the option of hard or soft boiled eggs. Food was ample and perfect to start the day with.

De retour d'un s&jour de 5 nuits a l'hôtel Everest. Séjour tres agréable, personnel jeune et sympathique, chambre bien pensée pour une famille de 3, petit déjeuner de qualité avec oranges pressées, calme et en plein centre. Un petit bémol sur le restaurant italien que nous avons trouvé moyen..mais ce n'est que notre avis et on a l'embarras du choix pour trouver un restaurant à proximité.

Un séjour au top ! Au cœur de la station et à deux pas des pistes. La chambre très chaleureuse. Personnel aux petits soins. le restaurant ( italien ) de l’hôtel est également de très bonne facture. Le petit + : très bon petit déjeuner, ça ne se rate pas En bref: on reviendra !

Tempo de espera muito longo. Atendimento pouco motivacional e comida péssima. O prato de massa veio coberto de polpa de tomate cru de pacote super frio e no final a empregada levantou o prato sem me perguntar porque não terminei Muito triste sem intenção de voltar. Muito mau

great location for this hotel inside all wood like a mountain chalet. the rooms are sufficiently spacious and comfortable. The restoration is the other strong point of this hotel restaurant. the dishes are all very tasty thanks to the whole team in the kitchen. the service staff is charming, attentive and efficient. only happiness with the slopes a few steps away. do not hesitate to book

Expensive and middle standard burger. Bread was much too crunchy. Kind but very busy waiters. Two large very noisy younster groups shouting and singing. Not a good atmosphere. Have been here before but we are not coming back again. Can unfortunately not recommend this restaurant anymore even as the waitress was friendly and did her best.

I booked this hotel on the 25th January then cancelled because I found a better deal. According to *********** it was free to cancel. The hotel have taken £804 from my credit card. I emailed them, messaged them, contacted ***********, pursued the dispute resolution service with booking .com and didn't get anywhere. When in Val d'Siere last week, I visited the hotel and insisted that the receptionist refund my money while I waited. Allegedly she did. I receved a receipt...but no money has yet been refunded. It's a disgrace. I will continue to pursue until I get my money back.

Booked this hotel with extra cancellation because of covid. France then banned UK visitors and so I cancelled the booking within my time and before I had to pay the full amount. That was back on the 4th Jan 2022 and I have emailed and phoned the hotel several times, I keep being told it’s going to get paid but it hasn’t. The trip was for 8 people and they owe me well over a £1000. Don’t book with them they cannot be trusted! Or maybe they might prove me wrong!
