Nous ne sommes pas clients de l'hôtel mais avons dîné récemment entre amis au restaurant. Très agréable salle avec vue et bon petit menu à 30 euros. Une bonne soirée, avec un service et un accueil particulièrement gentils.

Bellissima scoperta il Victoria Lodge. Splendido hotel dotato di tutti i comfort. Camere belle e pulitissime così come i bagni. Possibilità di cenare presso la struttura dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Essendo arrivati in moto necessitavamo di garage che è presente e gratuito. C’è inoltre una piccola spa deliziosa su prenotazione compresa nel prezzo delle camere ideale per scaldarsi dopo una giornata in moto. Ottima anche la prima colazione. Personale gentilissimo e preparato anche nei contatti avuti precedentemente al soggiorno. Un complimento al giovane manager dell’hotel, Roman che non solo parla perfettamente italiano, ma è davvero professionale disponibile e simpatico e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

Superb. Had a lovely few days at this small but friendly hotel. My son commented on how clean and fresh it was. We booked bed and breakfast and breakfast was excellent. Great range and scrambled egg was perfect. We were given an upgraded room which was nice of them. I think the one we booked must have been quite small. We had access to our room early as well. Lovely spaces in the hotel to sit, including several balconies. We ate one night in the hotel. Excellent food, excellent service and excellent value. Location also great. Bus stop to slopes very close but also easy walk to centre of Val D'isere. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou.

It was very comfy stay. The location of the hotel is great, the spa is nice. People at the reception were kind and helpful (Especially Cedric)
The only handicap of this hotel is there is no parking area for their guests. You have to go to find the private car park which is close by but need to pay 20€ per day!

We chose this for our ski trip and could not be happier. The map does not do this hotel justice. Its less than 5 mins away from the city center (walking) and the shuttle bus (free) goes every 5 minutes which made it so easy and convenient. It was also nice to not stay in the city center with the constant noice but instead very close.
They also had a 20% discount for a ski-rental nearby which made the renting a lot cheaper (and as good as InterSport).
Staff were amazing. Rooms and facility was so nice and cosy, exactly what you want.
We even had half-board and not only was the breakfast great but the dinner was better than I have ever had when choosing half-board. Great food and always 2 options for everything.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is going to Val D'isere!

make it way shorter and more informal
We had an amazing stay at Victoria Lodge Hotel! The staff were incredible—our bags didn’t arrive for three days, and they went above and beyond to help us sort it out. They also helped us book all our ski activities and transportation, which made everything so easy. The location is perfect, the rooms are super comfy, and the price was great. Highly recommend!

The hotel is situated at the La Fornet side of Val disere, bus to and from 2 min walk almost right outside tbh. The boot room is a great garage under the building heated etc. On arrival, the excellent and welcoming staff see to your rooms, etc, can't fault at all. The manager is so helpful he stopped almost every night for a chat, Matis at the bar again was very helpful never a dull moment. The food every night was different and quickly served no waiting for an age!. The breakfast was the same every morning but plenty to choose from. I saw a complaint on here but thought do you ever get such a choice at home? why would you complain? The place is friendly and spotless.The room was made up every day and new towels,This platform allows you to say what you think I told the manager i wished to complain the hotel was too good! we loved our stay here it was so easy ,I didnt talk to anyone who had a bad stay, This is not a 3-star hotel !I have stayed in hotels that are better than this on paper and have nicer rooms maybe? but i have never had such nice friendly and attentive service than this,this is my experience thank you Victoria Lodge
