L’hôtel est bien situé. La réservation a été faite en dernière minute. L’accueil est chaleureux, le voiturier est au top !! Le personnel est agréable, tant au bar, au petit-déjeuner et à la réception. L’établissement est à taille humaine, ce n’est pas l’usine. Les chambres sont sobres et d’une superficie convenable. Malheureusement, le ménage est perfectible dans les chambres. Des parfums d’ambiance sont utilisés dans les parties communes, parfois pour masquer les mauvaises odeurs. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais il aurait été appréciable de trouver davantage de produits locaux et faits maison, quitte à avoir un buffet moins fourni. Notez que le restaurant est fermé le mardi soir.

Bom, mas pode melhorar muito pelo valor cobrado.
Serviço de transfer não funciona, quase nunca está disponível. O carro fica parado longe do hotel, demora muito para chegar quando é solicitado.
O restaurante do hotel não funciona durante o dia abrindo só para o jantar.
Os funcionários são bem educados e solícitos, o concierge Nicolas foi muito atencioso.
O hotel é confortável, bem localizado mas esses itens acima atrapalharam a experiência.

This hotel is very convenient and central to all the places you would want to go. Ski slopes are a short walk from the hotel. The staff was excellent, very attentive and helped make reservations for dinner every night. I forgot my wallet in a restaurant, they were very kind to send it back to the hotel and hold it at the concierge. Our room had a strange smell, the hotel upgraded us to a attached apartment for the rest of our stay. The pool and spa is very nice.

- excellent boutique hotel with great service - convenient location, ski store in hotel - small pool / spa in basement - great little restaurant which gets booked up but amazing service - had a lovely stay as a family - rooms are decent sized, designer french decor which is a bit off piste but work decently - concierge was very helpful - only complaints are wifi did not work well in one of our rooms and hot water to our room was not always super hot (bathrooms are not very well designed, more design form than substance!) would go back and would recommend it if you are looking for a small boutique hotel in centre of town.

Good service and a warm feeling in a modern, small design hotel at the middle of the main street. Large and spacious rooms and Good sound insulation, nothing was heard from corridors and neighbors. Nice Spa with pool, jacuzzi and massage treatments. Bar and restaurant that is always open, or until 1 AM. The Wi-Fi was not so impressive, as it often is here, but worked for adult work but less good for children's
