Bonjour, Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à l'Hôtel Le Refuge de Solaise à Val d'Isère. La chambre n°1 offre une vue imprenable sur les massifs enneigés, un véritable spectacle à toute heure de la journée. Le restaurant avec vue sur les pistes est tout simplement magnifique, offrant des levés et couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. La cuisine est à la hauteur de l'établissement, avec des plats raffinés qui régalent les papilles. Un grand merci à M. Ali & Co, notre serveur, pour son service professionnel et attentionné. Enfin, l'accueil chaleureux de Mme Maeva a ajouté une touche parfaite à cette parenthèse idyllique. Merci encore pour ce séjour inoubliable !

We had drinks on the terrace and late lunch in the restaurant. Stunning view over the mountains, excellent wine list, very friendly staff and good food. Exactly the type of place you want to end up after a long morning skiing. Pricey but certainly worth it.

Un séjour de 2 nuits mémorables dans une des chambres « olympique » au très grand confort et à la décoration superbement aboutie. Une immersion totale dans la montagne au travers d’une baie 100% vitrée donnant sur la piste. Un accueil chaleureux et efficace. Le spa avec sa piscine de 25m ouvert 24h/24 est inédit. Storrvat, Jacuzzi, hammam et sauna viennent compléter le dispositif. Petit bémol sur le restaurant qui peut être décevant avec des innovations peu compréhensibles mais dont les desserts compensent la déception général des repas. L’altitude a un prix.

Un hotel increíble en un sitio único donde parece que seas un alpinista durmiendo en plena montaña! Una experiencia inolvidable que aconsejó a todos en unas instalaciones perfectas y con un personal atento, amable, joven y muy dedicado. Hacía tiempo que no veía este nivel de servicio y viajamos mucho en hoteles de lujo. Además quiero dejar constancia de que aunque todo el personal era increíble dos personas fueron por encima de todo y se llaman Margot y Adam que merecen más que un mensaje de agradecimiento!

Fantastic, exceptional, incredible! Very professional and warm welcome. Superb rooms, neat decoration, breathtaking view of the mountains. Terrace for an aperitif with the sunset, magnificent restaurant room and its must: large bay window on the Alps, incredible panorama for dinner. Excellent cuisine, table service with a smile and very professional. Top breakfast, varied and quality products. The cherry on this very good cake, the swimming pool, the jacuzzi and the Nordic bath. No false notes. Bravo!

Overall verdict: the hotel is very well equipped for a relaxing stay even for the more picky travellers. + The entire hotel staff is very professional, polite, and always available to answer inquiries any time of the day. The reception gives you upon arrival a small tour of the hotel, the spa and other facilities, offering you (in our case) a small welcome drink to kick off your stay. + The rooms are quite spacious for 2 people, well equipped and noise-insulated. Overall, it's very private. The bathroom has heated floors, and the shower offers enough space to be rather comfortable without being squeezed-in as it is sometimes the case in similar hotels. + Indoor spa (pool, jacuzzi, and steam sauna) are open 24/7. The gym, while good for cardio, could use some free weights. Yoga and pilates classes are available for the hotel guests as well. + Given the position and the capacity of the hotel, the restaurant offers a good variety of breakfast pastries, fruit, warm dishes, and beverages. + The common areas are regularly cleaned and well organised.

Excellent stay all around. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location is unbeatable, so isolated, yet so easy to get into town using the gondola. The Mountain View room was stunning. The spa was wonderful and the room very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone! We did not want to leave!
