I was unable to hold my booking due to problems renting a car, as soon as I realised this I tried to cancel the booking but was still charged full amount! I think a reduced amount would have been fair.

The hotel was really luxurious,the view over my balcony was brilliant,the alp mountain so gorgeous.the pool outside was great hot temperature. I loved their breakfast setup everyday. The staffs are welcoming and kind.but about all kinds of games in that hotel wasn't free like other hotel.

Very old hotel . Small suits and no view . They told us Mountain View but the view is some walls made in wood . Looks Like 3-4 star hotel . Does the view really look like Mountain View ? We expected with that price we have payed to get a beautiful suit looking at the mountains and slopes . Nothing like that at all . Very Disappointed

Excellent accueil des équipes, une décoration intimiste et chaleureuse et un dîner au restaurant Le Blizzard absolument délicieux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel en plein cœur de Val d’Isère et aux bords des pistes de ski de la station.

I am disappointed with one of our rooms which we had for a week. I spoke to the owner Pierre about one of our two rooms being particularly disturbed by the kitchen which was right below our room (room number 113). Loud noises from cleaning pots and everything. It was so poorly insulated that I could clearly hear those in the kitchen talking below us. The inconvenience went on every night until midnight or until 01.00... Not optimal when you have paid dearly to get high class on your stay. Worst of all was that the owner subsequently did not want to know that it would be compensated. The tour operator was prepared to give 5% of the cost of the trip. If you are a five-star hotel, you have to make sure to remedy shortcomings and compensate. When nothing is done, you can draw your own conclusions...

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans Val d’Isère, la décoration est sympa (malgré des traces d'usures assez visibles à pas mal d'endroits). Même si le personnel est sympathique, il y a plusieurs points qui m’interpellent pour un hôtel 5 étoiles : pas de bagagiste, pas de voiturier. La chambre était propre mais les tailles d’oreillers étaient déchirées et il était impossible de fermer/ouvrir les robinets de la salle de bains, souci qui sera résolu très rapidement. L’expérience sera finalement mitigée si je compare avec d’autres établissements 5 étoiles.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit au Blizzard avec mon conjoint. Nous avons passé un super séjour malgré une déconvenue au restaurant lors du diner : Certaines tables sont très proches les unes des autres et une famille a été installée à côté de nous dès l'entrée ; Comme l'impression de diner ensembles ... Nous venions pour célébrer un anniversaire (signaler au moment de la réservation) et cela a casser l'intimité de notre diner dont nous n'avons donc pas profité pleinement, demandez une table à l'écart si vous ne voulez pas avoir l'impression d'un diner en table d'hôte. Mis à part ça, tout était génial, de la chambre à l'espace détente en passant par la sympathie du personnel. Le lendemain nous avons déjeuner en terrasse au bord de la piscine, un cadre incroyable et un service de qualité réalisé par Inès, merci pour ce moment. Egalement un grand merci à Anaïs de la réception pour son accueil et son sourire. Le Blizzard est une adresse que l'on retiens et où nous avons déjà envie de planifier un prochain séjour.

Délicieux lieu pour se ressourcer et se reposer l’été. Un personnel très aimable, compétent et à l’écoute des clients, et toujours avec le sourire 😊 Restaurant très agréable, avec une particularité très appréciable, nos amis les animaux sont acceptés dans les lieux 🙂 L’espace détente est un lieu de plénitude et de belles rencontres et discussions entre vacanciers avec un plus pour les massages (merci Angelique pour vos compétences) et les cours de yoga/pilates le matin 😊 Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!!
